The polite and courteous staff is, in fact, all that can be said good about this "BIO HOTEL". Keep in mind that "bio" here means-1)lack of soap (we protect nature from chemical agents)-it is especially convenient when you check into the room after a long journey 2) the lack of bottles with drinking water (we save natural resources) - therefore, they offer to drink from the tap. Of course, they don't give out slippers either, but if you ask at the reception, they can be generous. I remember the first dinner at this hotel with bewilderment. Soup - 2 tablespoons of water tinted green without any additional "impurities". Goonishness in everything. A big minus for the hotel.
