Good price/quality ratio, everything is at home. The food is delicious, varied, and ice cream is distributed indefinitely at the chili bar on the beach. I didn't like the beer. The room is large, two-room, we have 2 rooms and 3 rooms!
THE MOST TERRIBLE HOTEL IN MY LIFE.Not "5" stars, but a maximum of 3, if not less.
We arrived at the hotel itself, we approach the reception, they say "there are no places", we did not understand what was the matter, we began to find out, the staff at first refused to speak Russian, barely pulled out 3 words from them. They said that the hotels of the eftalia chain are all on the stop. Moreover, no one said that this was the case. We arrived in the evening, so they told us that they were sending us to a 5-star hotel and brought us to the hotel as a pensioner. They even allowed them to eat, ride and be on the territory of their hotel, providing a "transfer" that had to wait 1.5 hours. Then they had to call all the hotlines to provide a normal hotel.
The hotel itself is not pleasant, there were only Russians for the whole hotel, only Poles and Germans, it was like we were out of our element, not to talk to anyone.
The houses look very old, I don't know how they are inside. The aqua park is good. The beach is TERRIBLE, dirty, only smokes and dirt. The entrance to the sea is stones, then sand, the water is always muddy, even someone who could not restrain himself and did his business in the sea, of course, not very pleasant things swam, there are not enough sunbeds. The staff is not pleasant at all, they are rude. The territory is small, you can't fall an apple, as they say.I don't advise anyone. Don't make mistakes.
Not a bad hotel. A large area, surrounded by greenery, many pools, both for children and adults, a water park, a large beach. Sandy, rocky shores, for every taste. Sun beds are always available. The food is good. Alanya is 20 km away. The operation of air conditioners is always excellent. The buildings are old, the standard rooms are not large, you need to pay extra 200 € for 4, it's too much! That's why I put a four. And so I advise you to visit
