We stayed at this hotel for 2 years in a row in June with a family with two children.
I'll start with the pros :
-food, it's just indescribable how delicious and varied everything is! For 14 days, neither adults nor children had any problems.
-room cleaning is simple every day, everything is perfect. Although they left only two tips in 14 days.
-evening animation. My family and I were looking forward to it. It's just something incredible, fun. Super👍🏻
- there are few Russians. Mostly Canadians, Americans, Poles. In 14 days, only two Russian-speaking couples have met.
- the staff. They are very polite and will always come to the rescue
- no need to come back for lunch from the sea, you can have lunch on the beach. Very tasty food on the beach.
-an unrealistic number of water attractions . What is in our hotel that is near the sea
- deck chairs. You'll always find it. There have never been any problems and there is no need to borrow from 6 a.m. -
-close to the shopping center with clothes (in Konakly). (Waikiki, defakto, coton, etc.)
- there is a place to walk in the evening (near a pharmacy, a market, a cafe and even a camel)))
- the pools are clean. Every evening, the pool is cleaned, cleaned and even sampled in a test tube
-in the evening after the sea there is also animation and a whole nightlife. It's a lot of fun. -Discos near the sea on certain days.
- there are foam parties near the sea twice a week.
-the bus to the sea runs from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. 5 minutes. Break from 13 to 14 hours
- Wi-Fi! It's something to do with. Very cool, fast, even in the middle of the sea catches)
Minuses :
- there is no hotel territory. Greenery, palm trees, etc. If it's important to someone
- almost no one speaks Russian from the staff. But this is not a problem, we have always used a translator.
And there are probably no more disadvantages. If only from the cons that in early May they could not get into this hotel, since it was on the stop list until the end of September. Draw your own conclusions😉Have a good rest!
A great hotel, a huge beach area with restaurants and shops, a water park.
Cons: upon check-in, they offered to move into a 2-room apartment and pay 220 euros (2 adults + 2 children). Since we refused, we settled on the 1st floor with low ceilings, from the air conditioners, which are apparently not installed correctly, it is very hot in the corridor. The room has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 cot (although I saw that there are rooms with beds), refrigerator, TV. Everything worked. There are no complaints here.
The windows of our room and the main entrance of the hotel overlook an abandoned area, a terrible view.
There are tipping cans everywhere.
All cocktails are paid (except whiskey/vodka and pepsi) and the price is in euros.
There are a lot of Europeans, the hotel is focused on them, so everything is in euros.
There is a migros near the hotel, the prices are horse-drawn, there are no other chain stores.
Positive:
The room is cleaned every day. Food for every taste and French fries and stewed vegetables. Ice cream is served every day from 12.00 to 16.00, there is more choice on site at the hotel by the pool. Foam parties on the beach around 15.00 or 16.00.
We bought a visit to the Si Alanya Park from the guide, where you can swim with sea fish, stingrays, at 15.00 we provided a dolphinarium, paid 27 tr for everyone, unforgettable impressions, and you can walk yourself, 15 minutes from the hotel.
There are several beaches, the very first one at the entrance with a sand into the sea, the rest - there are also large stones, there are also sand-stones. On the beach, as well as on the territory of the hotel itself, there is a wide variety of slides for both kids and adults.
We stayed at the hotel in April.
The choice of food is great, you can find a dish for every taste. We did not like the room, the whole hotel has low ceilings, and a tipo room is offered for an additional feeit's better, but in fact it's the same low in the company, only they also shoved a Jacuzzi in there. The corridors of the bodice are already battered, in need of repair. The staff is responsive, they always helped when asked. The pool is great, clean, the water is warm, we swam in the rain. The hotel has a lot of entertainment, there are free , there are paid ones.
Big European grub. The lack of any leisure forced to look for entertainment in Alanya. The staff is still the same... If you don't like it, then ignore you.
The cool thing is that the beach is separate with all the food, drinks, etc. special thanks to the transfer driver (a peasant with a hooked nose!). A good man, always friendly, waiting if you are late and will pick up if he sees someone walking.
A great hotel, for your money. Good room stock (top floor), high-quality local alcohol, good food, a large water park, a bus to the sea goes every 15 minutes. The beach is sand and the entire infrastructure is duplicated by the sea.
I recommend it!!!
The hotel is very bad. I haven't seen such a room stock for a long time. You can reach the ceiling with your hand.The rooms need to be renovated. I don't recommend it to anyone.
The hotel is very good, there are Russian ones, but there are very few, very steep slides, and there is a pool near the stage, the restaurant is very good.
It's a great place, I was there in a hotel against it. people were walking , having fun and relaxing , there are water slides and everything that is supposed to be in Turkey
Not a bad hotel for a family holiday, there are a lot of slides both in the hotel and on the beach, everything is fine with food too, there is never a feeling of hunger, pleasant emotions remained. They were at the end of April 2023.
Hello. We stayed at this hotel from 01.09 to 09.09.2021 with a family of 8 people.
Of the advantages:
1. The variety and accessibility of food. You can eat from 7.00 to 23.00;
2. The presence of many slides and pools;
3. The presence of a baby club;
4. Fairly clean rooms;
5. Transport to the sea;
Of the cons:
1. Poor animation;
2. The staff of the baby club and the animators speak Russian poorly;
3. The partitions in the rooms are thin - everything is audible;
4. When the hotel is fully occupied, it is difficult to have a full meal for lunch and dinner;
5. Terrible view from the window (attached to the review) ;
6. There is a local clinic or outpatient clinic nearby - cars can be heard at night...

Amazing water in the pools - I have never seen such muddy water anywhere.
But the number of tip boxes is equal to the population of China - they are everywhere!!!
And cherry DJ is deaf in both ears, so you take care of your eardrums!

We had a rest from 12.07.21-18.07.21. Two adults and a child of 13 years old. We booked 1 standard room upon arrival, paid an additional $ 60 and placed in a huge two-room family room with 2 balconies. The room is cleaned every day. The hotel is clean and beautiful, 3 elevators. There are many slides and pools, there are 3 pools for kids. Drinks at the bar, by the pool and on the beach. The dining room is huge. There is something to eat. But you need to come an hour after the start of lunch or dinner, otherwise just wait in line for hot dishes. Breakfast is simpler, there are always places. Of the disadvantages, all fruits are green and hard. Only watermelon and melon were taken. There is a bus to the beach every 20 minutes (the main thing is not to get there from 12-13 lunch with the driver) There are shops nearby, you can take a walk in the evening. The beach has the same slides on the shore as in the hotel. If you go to the left on the beach, just behind the place where they ride a banana-the beach is perfect sand, without small stones, if you go to the right, then small pebbles will come across. Another disadvantage is that the hotel was crowded as much as possible.
Very nice hotel! We rested from 09/27.21 to 10/7.21. Clean, room cleaning every day. We hung up a piece of paper so that they wouldn't come in, but when they hung up a piece of paper so that they would clean up, they always cleaned up. The food is almost always the same, but there is always meat and fish. The pool was cold, but after the bath it was the best. On the account of the baths : the baths are free until 5:30 p.m. (they don't keep track of how long you sit in the bath, we sat as long as we wanted until 5 p.m.), the hammam doesn't smell very nice, but it will do in principle. In an ordinary bathhouse, it stinks of something burnt, they gave us menthol once after we paid for massage, peeling and masks in the relaxation room, but when we just wanted menthol for free, it never existed ... the slides are good, we rode them all day, then we got tired. The snack bar has very tasty waffles and there is always something to eat. There was a cafe with sweets on the 1st floor during the day (included in all inclusive), the same as for lunch and dinner. There is a bus to the beach every 10-20 minutes right from the hotel. Delicious ice cream is served on site from 14 to 16 o'clock, on the beach they start giving earlier. There are slides there too, already more extreme than in the hotel. ❗️WE ADVISE YOU TO GO TO THE BEACH, WHICH IS LOCATED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE GATE AT THE BUS STOP, where the water is clear, the pebbles only go at the beginning, then clean sand❗️ In general, I liked everything, except for one man at the reception, very arrogant, and gloatingly made fun of us when we came with problems, and so only good memories remained 💗
We stayed at the hotel from September 7 to September 20, 2021. This is not the first time in Turkey, but in this hotel and Alanya for the first time. It was chosen because of the presence of a large number of water attractions, swimming pools, which are located both on the territory of the hotel and by the sea. The hotel is large, beautiful, clean. The rooms are cleaned daily, linen and towels are changed once every 2 days. There is a bus to the sea every 10-20 minutes, although it is not far on foot! There is a hammam in the hotel, initially there was a great desire to visit it, but I was pushed away from this by a shameless and very arrogant employee of the hammam, Raisa. A little inadequate woman! But let's talk about the good stuff... The restaurant is large, the food is varied, the waiters are friendly, mobile, very attentive. But the staff is bad, speaks very little Russian, they communicated mainly by gestures. We were very lucky to meet Ramil, a sales agent, a kind and sympathetic native of sunny Baku, a Bakin, as he says of himself, who speaks excellent Russian. So we turned to him for all questions and for help too. Organizes shopping programs, answers all your questions and gives advice. Before our eyes, tourists, not necessarily Russians, constantly approached him and he paid attention and helped everyone! I wish you all a wonderful holiday in hospitable Turkey!
We vacationed with children at this hotel in July 2021. We were accommodated in a nice room on the 2nd floor, without any additional charges. The room was cleaned every day.The territory of the hotel is not large, but there are a lot of slides. There is a bus to the beach every 20 minutes. The beach area is large, there are plenty of slides, we couldn't get around everything. The entrance to the sea is different, both stones and sand, but most importantly a very warm sea.
You can always eat anywhere. The food is varied. There were meat, fish, seafood, fruits, etc., you will not stay hungry. There are queues for lunch and dinner. The staff speaks Russian poorly. There is no animation for adults at all, the children's is so-so. There are shops on the ground floor, there is a leather and fur store, Ramil, a sales representative, a native of Baku, speaks Russian well. He helped us in an unpleasant situation with a child, a very responsive and kind person. He also organized a shopping trip to Alanya for us. Contact him, he will help in any situation.
There are good shops and a bazaar near the hotel.
In general, I recommend the hotel for a quiet family holiday.
Hello! We are guests from the city of Penza vacationing at the moment in this hotel . We would like to express our deep gratitude to the management for the excellent staff in the restaurant. It is very comfortable to relax in hotels where there are competent employees who do their job with dignity. I would like to thank the waiter, unfortunately I do not know his name, but I attach his photo. Bravo to the hotel if such employees work in it!
I'll start with the check-in, we arrived at 8.30 on this day from tourists. They immediately told us $ 10 per night and you will have a normal room, we have never encountered this before in Turkey. We have been driving for more than 15 years, every year. We did not react, we were given a room in a bungalow, on the 2nd floor, the room did not Smell, but just STANK, stank of mold, chemicals. The room is saturated with chemicals (not treatment), and a stench rose from the basement, not just smelled, but STANK. There was nothing to breathe, they immediately started sneezing and coughing with her husband. We went to the reception, complained with swearing, paid $70 extra and moved us. Germans are not settled in bungalows, they are settled in the main building.
I will write about nutrition: there are practically no salads, one salad is cucumbers, tomatoes, onion salad with pepper, and pickles, there is practically no meat, one dish with meat and then stuffed vegetables, there is nothing chicken or turkey, there is no sea of products in general, you can also make some fish, But its No, it's not. There aren't even any watermelons, although it's the season. There are green melons, green wooden apples, grapes. All made from vegetables.
Cleaning is normal in the room, entrance to the sea, good sand, no stones.
I almost forgot: There is no disco, not even a children's one, there is nothing to talk about adults. It just doesn't exist, Although there are also Eftalia hotels nearby, children's discos are all held there, adult shows of some kind go on every day.I don't recommend it, I read the reviews, but I didn't believe it. The hotel is for 3, but not for 5

We stayed at the hotel from May 8 to May 20, 2022 with a family with a small child. Room 353.
The hotel has Poles, Swedes, Estonians, African Americans, a few Russians, a few Ukrainians, a few Arabs. There were no conflicts, the attitude was even. I heard a couple of times from Poles and Estonians snorting in their direction, but that was the end of it. The Swedes were generally pleased, absolutely adequate, friendly, crossed paths a couple of times on the playground and outside the hotel.
I recommend the hotel for families with children, the hotel has pools with slides for both children and adults. The restaurant has high chairs for children. There is a bus to the beach, and you can walk 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of slides, restaurants, ice cream on the beach.
The food is good, always fish, chicken, beef, lamb. The fruits were apples, pears, watermelon. The children's menu is rather designed for older children - pasta, potatoes, mashed potatoes, sausages and nuggets. I have a child still on the GW, I did not eat such food as a complementary food, I had to buy more canned food. Very tasty soups. You will definitely not stay hungry.
I want to say separately about the waiters, for the first time I came across the fact that they did not take tips. We constantly left tips everywhere, but the waiters in most cases refused and said, thank you, you are our family here. We left tips in trip boxes. On Tuesdays, the National Cuisine Day restaurant welcomes guests with applause and a drum.
The rooms are cleaned every day, the water is replenished, there were a lot of towels.
There is a playground, there is an outdoor area with exercise equipment.
Billiards is paid, costs 130 lire per hour, cue, balls are given out, do not forget to ask for a glove - they do not offer it that way, pay the sellers in the shop, there is also an announcement about the cost.
The hotel ensures cleanliness, quality of food and water. I saw myself how the doctor walks, takes samples of water from the pool and samples of food from the restaurant.
They are constantly cleaning the territory, it is clean. A lot of roses have been planted and they are being cared for. Friendly and courteous staff.
Only one employee at the reception is a little intrusive and is aimed at earning tips, it's better not to contact him, you won't ask - everything is paid, prices change every time, for example, the safe was $ 2 a day at first, and when they came to pay, it was already 2 euros and the recalculation is not in your favor, renting a stroller is 10 euros on the day, even to call a landline number and then for a fee, he speaks Russian. But it's only 1. There are no questions for the rest.
A very attentive and friendly nurse girl. The child had a fever and we contacted the insurance company. We were taken to the Alanya hospital. Here it is very neat with a Russian-speaking girl Elya or Eva (blonde). We had extended insurance, no deductible. The insurance company said that she would not pay for the trip back, either ask the hospital itself or a taxi. The distance is 20 km. I spent 4 hours in the hospital with my child, I was very tired, and this Ale said that she would send us to the hotel for $ 40, and she clarified the price with the management and I heard a completely different word than the numeral 40, then I checked in the Google translator, I had no strength to swear. And upon arrival at the hotel, she met other tourists, to whom she offered a transfer for $ 20.
I did not use the spa services, strawberries in vitamin bars outside the hotel are heavily inflated, they ask for 50 lira per kg. Go to Konakli to the Time center, there are a lot of shops and grocery Migros, there you can buy strawberries, tea, coffee, pomegranate sauce, raki (although small, but there is a choice)
In general, the hotel left a positive impression, I would come back here again.
Thank you, Efthalia splash! 🙏🌺
Great hotel! Especially for families with children, no one in Russia squints or rolls their eyes when a child is stupidly tired and moody! The Turks are very hospitable and good-natured, the service is excellent, the cuisine is good, but you need to get used to it, and the water park on the sea and the hotel territory is just super! There are many locations for recreation and entertainment, we will definitely come back here again!!!
There is no animation at all, neither for children nor for adults. All entertainment ends at 22.00. The restaurant is crowded for dinner, there is nowhere to sit, you stand and wait for a table to be available, the impression is like in a catering dining room. Far from 5k. Coral drove us to the hotel for 3.5 hours at the stated 1.5. We were in Turkey earlier, heaven and earth. In general, if you want to have fun and have fun, you are not here. Nutrition also sucks, mediocre.
The entrance to the sea is terrible. The water is muddy. But diving enthusiasts will find something to see at the bottom. We found octopuses and other things like that. The hotel itself and the territory are without comment. We didn't get around all of them. We chose a convenient and interesting place for ourselves and were only there. I recommend.
a hotel with steep slides, there are for the smallest, for more children and adults, if you want a normal room with a good view, bring Russian vodka!or $ 20- check in immediately, even if you arrived at 6 a.m. (check-in at 14:00). There is an awesome island on the beach with a bunch of bars and restaurants!!! The slides are even steeper than in the hotel!!! I highly recommend it!!!
We had a vacation in Turkey, there is nothing to compare it with. From 08/21.21 to 08/29.21. I liked everything. I want to go back. But animation is not enough for children.
I want to leave a good review. We were with our family in August 19. This was our first trip to Turkey. I want to say that those who respond negatively are just fed up!!!!
starting from arrival: at 11.00 we were already settled into a luxurious two-room apartment, although we bought a one-room room. everywhere is cleanliness, order, Turks are constantly everywhere and something is rubbed and washed, it smells very tasty in the air.
the food is all fresh and for every taste. I specially noticed: since last day they didn't give anything, only fresh new ones. alcohol is also normal. dry red wine, beer and even rake could be drunk and in the morning you're like a cucumber.
we swam only on the sea-it's gorgeous!!!! I don't understand those people who lie near chlorinated pools. the Turks themselves say that there is only one water in them for the whole season, think what a disgusting thing!!!!
There was animation too, but we no longer had enough strength for it, the children got tired of the whole day at sea, and so did we.
however, there are very few Russians, the kids will not be able to make friends.
A bus takes you to the sea, every 20 minutes, the distance is about a kilometer. Alcohol until 23:00, only dry wine, beer is almost non-alcoholic, vodka. The rest is paid. They feed normally, meat and fish always. The rooms are cleaned well, every day. Animations are in English, not clear and boring. Most of them are foreigners, there is not much to chat and drink with. Lunch is only from 12:30 to 14:00, you may not be in time sometimes. The slides are excellent, no worse than in water parks. The beach is without piers, at the entrance from the shore you can break your legs on the rocks. Only the most recent beach is normal, near the paid beaches.
I went there in the summer. We arrived there before 10:00, check-in is only at 2. There was no air conditioning and it was very hot. The food there is so-so. I barely got to 2:00, but they told us that they were not settling in. And they took me to another hotel . It was great there. They gave me a villa.
Check-in at 14:00. Those arriving earlier are told that there are no places (our case) and are offered to pay an additional 10 euros per day to check into another hotel of this chain.
