We stayed at this hotel for 2 years in a row in June with a family with two children.
I'll start with the pros :
-food, it's just indescribable how delicious and varied everything is! For 14 days, neither adults nor children had any problems.
-room cleaning is simple every day, everything is perfect. Although they left only two tips in 14 days.
-evening animation. My family and I were looking forward to it. It's just something incredible, fun. Super👍🏻
- there are few Russians. Mostly Canadians, Americans, Poles. In 14 days, only two Russian-speaking couples have met.
- the staff. They are very polite and will always come to the rescue
- no need to come back for lunch from the sea, you can have lunch on the beach. Very tasty food on the beach.
-an unrealistic number of water attractions . What is in our hotel that is near the sea
- deck chairs. You'll always find it. There have never been any problems and there is no need to borrow from 6 a.m. -
-close to the shopping center with clothes (in Konakly). (Waikiki, defakto, coton, etc.)
- there is a place to walk in the evening (near a pharmacy, a market, a cafe and even a camel)))
- the pools are clean. Every evening, the pool is cleaned, cleaned and even sampled in a test tube
-in the evening after the sea there is also animation and a whole nightlife. It's a lot of fun. -Discos near the sea on certain days.
- there are foam parties near the sea twice a week.
-the bus to the sea runs from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. 5 minutes. Break from 13 to 14 hours
- Wi-Fi! It's something to do with. Very cool, fast, even in the middle of the sea catches)
Minuses :
- there is no hotel territory. Greenery, palm trees, etc. If it's important to someone
- almost no one speaks Russian from the staff. But this is not a problem, we have always used a translator.
And there are probably no more disadvantages. If only from the cons that in early May they could not get into this hotel, since it was on the stop list until the end of September. Draw your own conclusions😉Have a good rest!
A great hotel, a huge beach area with restaurants and shops, a water park.
Cons: upon check-in, they offered to move into a 2-room apartment and pay 220 euros (2 adults + 2 children). Since we refused, we settled on the 1st floor with low ceilings, from the air conditioners, which are apparently not installed correctly, it is very hot in the corridor. The room has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 cot (although I saw that there are rooms with beds), refrigerator, TV. Everything worked. There are no complaints here.
The windows of our room and the main entrance of the hotel overlook an abandoned area, a terrible view.
There are tipping cans everywhere.
All cocktails are paid (except whiskey/vodka and pepsi) and the price is in euros.
There are a lot of Europeans, the hotel is focused on them, so everything is in euros.
There is a migros near the hotel, the prices are horse-drawn, there are no other chain stores.
Positive:
The room is cleaned every day. Food for every taste and French fries and stewed vegetables. Ice cream is served every day from 12.00 to 16.00, there is more choice on site at the hotel by the pool. Foam parties on the beach around 15.00 or 16.00.
We bought a visit to the Si Alanya Park from the guide, where you can swim with sea fish, stingrays, at 15.00 we provided a dolphinarium, paid 27 tr for everyone, unforgettable impressions, and you can walk yourself, 15 minutes from the hotel.
There are several beaches, the very first one at the entrance with a sand into the sea, the rest - there are also large stones, there are also sand-stones. On the beach, as well as on the territory of the hotel itself, there is a wide variety of slides for both kids and adults.
