This studio is located deep in the courtyard of the street.Vetkovskaya, 8 on the ground floor. But despite this, it is always clean and cozy here. The specialists are young, there are male and female masters, you can get a manicure and pedicure. The girls are all attentive and have a lot to offer from hairstyles, choose and advise which haircut is suitable for an elderly person (regardless of gender), Prices relative to other hairdressers are budget. I would be happy to recommend visiting this salon, I think you will not be disappointed here. I would like to express my wish that surveillance cameras be installed at the entrance and some installations be made for bicycles and electric scooters so that you can park without worrying about your vehicles, fortunately, that a place near the wall, not far from the entrance allows! It is only because I am worried about my transport that I make such an assessment.

I would like to leave a review. I've been going to this barbershop for more than two years, but after today's situation, I won't go there anymore. I had an appointment at 3 p.m. I arrived in advance, the master was not in place, I waited patiently. As a result, the master came at 3:35 p.m. and invited another person, or rather father and son, for a haircut. I was told that they had an appointment for 3:00 p.m., but they arrived later than me, at 3:15 p.m. somewhere. We started sorting through the log entries, but it turned out that I had written everything down correctly. But the master still invited a man with a child for a haircut. No one apologized for the situation and the fact that the master was so late. Organize the work of your employees and keep an electronic record or an adequate record so that such situations do not occur again. And it's not the first time I've encountered a lateness of the master in your barbershop.
My favorite hairdresser. It is a pity that there is no online recording... It's time to keep up with the times. It's convenient for everyone!
Updated: Dear friends, everything is changing and, unfortunately, not for the better ... "Master" "Efi" Anastasia literally disfigured her daughter, who is preparing for an important event-graduation at school. The girl is stressed, nothing can be done with bangs anymore, and the "hairdresser" did not even apologize. Now I'm wary of this "master". I want to thank the director and the girls for correcting the mistakes of Anastasia's "master", quickly resolving the claim, a beautiful hairstyle for graduation and a good mood of the child. Thank you very much.

A good salon with no complaints.
Master Arbat - top! He did the hairstyle I asked for very carefully and scrupulously.
Good afternoon. I want to leave my feedback about the work of master Natalia. I signed up for gel polish removal and uncoated manicure. Despite my complete dissatisfaction with my work, I will try to be as objective as possible.
I have not been serviced in this salon before, but I have done a similar procedure —removal and uncoated manicure — and there have never been absolutely any problems. The result of "working" with this master is that all nails with some bumps, uneven, very, very thin; on the second day, due to the base probably not being completely removed, the bumps began to peel off along with the nail plate. To date, there are four nails with the top torn off, six with bumps.
During the "work", the "master" cut the cuticle so "carefully" that she cut off a piece of skin until it bled.
When asked where to leave a review, she offered to call back. During the conversation, she explained all the shortcomings by saying that I have "such nails" and that she "regretted removing the base to the end so as not to injure the nail plate." He says, "take it and polish it yourself with a nail file, and don't worry, everything will be fine in two weeks." I have a question: I go to the salon and pay money for what? So that you can "refine it with a nail file" yourself? Or to wait two weeks later, when everything "gets better on its own"?
At the end of the conversation, I was asked what I needed from the "master". By the way, it wasn't me who called. In response to the answer "return the money for such a "job", I heard "give me the details of the card" and .... hung up. But the "master" assured that she was a decent (and, apparently, an adult) person.
Decency and politeness are qualities inherent in people who respect themselves and others. It's a pity that the Efi salon does not know about this. And by the way: working in stale clothes, talking on the phone at the same time and savoring vulgar expressions in conversation is not the best indicator of the level of professionalism and self—care and the reputation of your salon.
I will say separately about sterilization: at the place of the sanitary inspection station, I would check whether there is this same sterilization in the cabin at all, and whether soap and water perform this function.
I attach photos taken on the 3rd day after the manicure to the review.
