I stayed at this hotel from April 18 to April 28, 2025. A beautiful, quiet place! I really liked everything! The chef has a special respect!!! The staff is smiling, polite, sociable, but not everyone understands Russian. Live music in the evenings!!!
Kalimera Beach is a 5-minute walk away, just go down the stairs (135 steps) and walk a little to the left. It's harder to climb, of course)), but it wasn't a problem for me. My room was quiet, clean, the water was hot and cold, but it was better not to brush her teeth, for this I drew water in a cooler near the bar, drinking water only there or buy it ourselves. My room also had a TV (2 or 3 Russian channels), a refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer, and a balcony overlooking Naama Bay. And the air conditioner..)), which couldn't handle the cooling (that's the only negative in my room), but it would have been really bad without it)) There are a lot of mosquitoes, I took a fumigator and mosquito repellent pills with me. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay, if climbing stairs is not a problem for you.

A good 3-star hotel, located on a mountain, with stunning views of the sea, bay and city. Friendly staff, spacious room. There is a beautiful flower terrace on site. We are satisfied with the food, thanks to the chef and other staff. Like the icing on the cake, the gorgeous 137-step staircase leading to the hotel is very useful for a slim figure. Beautiful sea, clean beach and beautiful reef. Excellent promenade along the sea and Naama Bay area.

We had a rest from 25.11 to 4.12 with a family of 4 people, children and adults. We really liked it, the room is gorgeous with a sea view, clean, daily cleaning. Shampoo, soap were all there, although they used their own. Water is not brought to the room. The menu in the restaurant is varied, the choice is not great, I will say this, no one died of hunger. As for the bar, there is no beer, only rum, gin, vodka, they can make cocktails. The hotel is located on a hill and sometimes it is stressful to climb stairs. The location is ideal for those who like to walk. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, without animation, but we did not come to sit in a hotel. We went to the old town and Soho by minibus for 5 pounds per person. We visited many fish restaurants, everything is fresh and delicious. They changed dollars into pounds in the Naam center in the bank, and they paid with them everywhere. I recommend the hotel, our vacation was a great success

The pool was cold in December. There is no animation, beer is paid, local alcohol, cocktails are free. Tea, instant coffee, everything as usual. Modestly, but I've never been poisoned) it takes 7-10 minutes to get to the sea down the stairs from the mountain, it's harder to get back up, so the hotel is not for the summer heat. There are 2 beaches, sandy with a small reef, which is enough to admire the fish, and coral, but there is a descent immediately into the water, it is not very comfortable to enter in winter, and there are not many fish there.
In general, I recommend it. You can take breakfast and dinner and eat in local cafes or go on excursions.

Hello everyone, the first time we came to this hotel, we rested from 21 to 28.01.2025. I really liked it, the staff is 5 stars, the location of the hotel is 5 stars, the food could have been 10! Everything was very tasty, thanks a lot to the chef, the dishes were varied, delicious and a lot of vegetables and fruits. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day too. The hotel has 2 beaches within walking distance, one on pantone, the other with sand. Both are very good. For some, the minus is the steps that lead to the beach, but for us it was a plus, to disperse calories😁

I liked the hotel, the territory is well maintained, lots of greenery. The food was delicious, although the choice is not very large, but no one was left hungry, delicious desserts. The rooms are not cleaned every day, but if you ask, they are cleaned immediately. There is live music by the pool in the evening, but no animation. The sea is not far away, 7-8 minutes on foot. 2 beaches, one from Pantone, the second sandy, there are corals, fish. If you have sore feet, I do not recommend this hotel, because 135 steps will be difficult to overcome. I arrived at the hotel in the morning, was immediately fed breakfast, but checked in at 2 o'clock. The rooms are clean and spacious. The water was always cold and hot. On the day of departure, my plane was late in the evening, I was allowed to stay in the room until 17 o'clock without payment. For people without any special complaints, I recommend it. The staff is attentive, responsive, they almost do not understand Russian, they communicated through a translator and in English.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2021, it was our first hotel in Egypt. Outwardly, at first glance, it looks good, but inside everything is depressing. The room stock is very old, it has not been repaired for a long time. Since we arrived after the opening of Egypt two months later, the hotel was at most 30% full.The hotel was half-empty, and local families were visiting for the weekend, so our meals were not buffet style, but served in portions. The food was mostly inedible, the cheeses and sausage were of terrible quality, and almost everything was unsalted. It was more or less possible to eat soups and second courses, desserts, fruits were brought in several pieces on a plate. In short, we were shocked and did not expect such a meal! The description of the hotel says that the pool is heated in winter, in fact it was cold, no one swam in it with us.The place itself is not bad with a beautiful view, it takes about 15 minutes to walk down the stairs to the beach.The staff is friendly and responsive to comments. We will not go to this hotel a second time, although something may have changed during this time.

I had a rest in July 2024. A small hotel located on a mountain in Naama Bay. The view of the bay is amazing! The rooms are a bit old, teenagers clean up, not very clean. But not critically. The staff is polite, few people speak Russian, but they translate on the phone, answer questions. It's bad that there is no private beach, they give you cards to go to the beach of another hotel, walk for 10-15 minutes, go down the mountain by 110 steps. And then climb back up. It's not critical for me, but if it's with young children, it's hard. The food was delicious, there was only a little fruit, but you can buy cheap nearby in the fix price shop. I understand that the Egyptians built the pyramids, but they probably haven't thought to use mounting foam yet when installing the frames! Therefore, in the wind, the frame mercilessly dangles, creaks and knocks as it is fixed with dowels alone, which have already loosened in the wall from the wind and are held only on the frame. The refrigerator is built into the cabinet. It is not known when it was last defrosted, we did not find the fork, and therefore we could not defrost it ourselves. The ice in the refrigerator takes up about a quarter of the space, and the unit heats up mercilessly, but we also couldn't find a place to turn it down. The staff smiles at the comments and says "KARBASHO"! Canteen. The queue for scrambled eggs/fried eggs at breakfast. It can take up to ten minutes to wait. I don't understand what the problem is with the hotel - to put another two-burner stove or a shortage of frying pans. The Titan. It turns on apparently when the dining room opens. Therefore, if you come to the opening, the tea was brewed in warm (and I suspect not boiled water), by the way, if you come later, you can also drink raw water, since the titanium in the bar is small and runs out quickly, after which it is replenished with cold water. Also, if you want to drink tea after 10 p.m., I advise you to bring a boiler with you!

I had a great rest. The 3* hotel. I'm a tourist who doesn't care which hotel. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was changed every other day. The room has a TV, safe, refrigerator. The hotel has 2 beaches, I took tickets to choose from at the reception. There is a swimming pool, not heated. I had half board. There is food, I did not starve. The staff at the hotel is very helpful. I liked everything and it's not very expensive to go to this hotel. If I still go and there is a favorable price, I will go to Eden Rock. The location of the hotel is on a hill, very beautiful views. But it's not suitable for the elderly, because you need to climb 130 steps to the beach and into the city. But I pumped up the rolls.

If there is no sea, no pool, or anything, then a vacation is boring for me. So, the pool in this hotel is insanely cold. I understand that it's winter now and the pool won't get too hot, but last year the water was heating up. But that's a small thing. There is a bar. There are also cats on site. They're not mean at all, but they're not affectionate either. Cats are like cats. They can be fed. Dad and I made a toy for a kitten out of duct tape and a candy wrapper . You can get a massage at a nearby hotel. We went very well with my mom. There are no animations. Overall, the hotel is excellent. I advise everyone!

A great simple hotel for an overnight stay is exactly what we needed. We didn't find anything scary or terrible in it.
- The food is generally OK, you will not be hungry, but you will not get pleasure. We took half board (breakfast and dinner) and did not lose, there is no point in taking all inclusive to this hotel.
- The room was not bad, overlooking the pool and the sea, the second floor, everything was clean, the refrigerator and air conditioning were working, the water was hot.
- The bed linen has not been changed in six days, the towels were brought fresh almost immediately after contacting the reception.
- The beach is good - there is a pontoon, and a sandy entrance to the sea, a long coastline. The reef is modest, but it will do for a beginner. We saw winglets, moray eels, stingrays, butterflies, Napoleon, etc.
- The location of the hotel is super - lots of shops, restaurants, pharmacies.
- There is no animation, there is nothing for children either.
For active recreation (in our case, diving) is a good option, we were practically not at the hotel, only breakfast and sleep. For a simple pensioner who came for the sake of the sea, it will also be super, and then it's a matter of the cost of the tour and your priorities.
ps For an all inclusive vacation in Charm, we recommend the Sultan Gardens and Renaissance hotels, we liked both.

There are no air conditioners in the rooms - only an extractor hood, which does not cool the room, but only blows slightly cool air on you (I had to move the bed directly under it so that it would not be hot to sleep)

We were in it in September 2023. The variety of food is not very large, but you will not stay hungry. The location is quite good (in terms of exterior views), but you need to walk to the beach in 15 minutes, up a fairly steep staircase. You can swim in the pool only until sunset. There is a variety of drinks, but not very much. A homeroom teacher who speaks Russian fluently.
The cleaning of the rooms was on time. We often left chocolates for good cleaning.
Overall, we were satisfied. Would you like to come here again? I think so. But this hotel should be considered more by those who want to walk and explore the area more, rather than staying in the hotel itself.

Going down and up the stairs was not particularly tiring. We sunbathed and swam, taking towels according to the cards at the hotel, on Kanabich beach. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to it. next to the hotel there is a pharmacy, a little further I liked the Fixprice, where you can buy everything you need (creams, souvenirs, dates, halva, leisure clothes, shoes, spices, jewelry, watches and mangoes, including Rest, we were very satisfied, we will come back again!

The pool is being cared for and cleaned. The beach is nearby, within walking distance, you need to go down the stairs. The stairs are comfortable, it is not difficult to go down and up. In November, they gave coupons for Kana beach. Beach towels can also be taken at the hotel. Near the Genena shopping center, fixprice, where everything is available (masks, clothes, shoes, cosmetics, perfumes, food, souvenirs, fruits), accept any currency. A pedestrian street with bars, an embankment, an alcohol market, a dutifry, McDonald's, fish restaurants, a bowling alley are also within walking distance. The hotel is quiet, sparsely populated, and peaceful. Our room overlooked the pool - it was quiet at night, we always got enough sleep. Some people sometimes heard a disco from the nearby Marina Charm hotel.
The bed is huge, the mattress is excellent, there is a blanket, the bed linen is clean and of good quality. There are problems with cleaning - teenage boys clean, not very well.
The diet is modest, you can lose weight. There are a lot of vegetables, there really is no bread - unleavened tortillas. A hot meat dish is served by the cook. Tea bags, instant coffee. The alcohol in the bar is local, almost non-alcoholic. We booked the tickets and the hotel on our own separately and for the price of 2500 rubles for two people per room and all inclusive, I see no point in finding fault with the food. There is no animation in the hotel, there are practically no children either. Happy birthday, they bring out a cake, you just need to warn in advance. Sometimes they invite you to a karaoke party at a nearby club.
The hotel has a warm, pleasant atmosphere - we did not regret choosing it. The price-quality ratio is very decent

If you want to ruin your vacation, then come here!! Disgusting service, employees who hate Russians. In the dining room, they slap their hands when they see that you put on a second spoon. On the first day, they deceived that alcoholic cocktails are not included in the All-inclusive package and accordingly did not pour them!!! The staff stole a new white T-shirt, the guard did not even try to look at the cameras who did it. The staff gossip among themselves about the guests. No one says hello! The hotel is on the 3rd line, but there is no transfer to the beach, which is a 15-minute walk from the mountain down a very steep staircase (then up accordingly). There is no beach of its own, they give a beach map of another hotel, respectively, the whole bar is there (even water, coffee) for a fee. Towels were changed once every three days and then if you come up and remind me several times. The bed linen was changed on the 8th (!) day of stay!!!! (they were always present at the cleaning, so they definitely saw this mess). Shampoo in disposable sachets, no shower gel. The small soap in the sachet turned out to be not toilet soap, but household 72%.
The food is tasteless (we realized in comparison, having lunch outside the perimeter on a boat and having dinner on safari). There is one type of soup on the menu, one hot (kebab or mackerel, once there was a bony river fish from the Nile, which immediately caused diarrhea). Side dishes include potatoes, pasta, rice, and sometimes stewed vegetables. There are no salads, just basins with separately chopped vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, white and purple, green pepper. Fruits always have one name - oranges, once they gave a green tasteless melon.
I put one star for the beautiful view from the window, the receiving side cannot spoil it.

Kalimera beach, which is assigned to the hotel, is shallow and uninteresting, but we went on boat trips, it's better to swim there!
As it is, there are fish and all kinds of animals everywhere!
We took breakfast and dinner, it's fine, there's enough of everything!
The staff at the hotel is excellent, they speak Russian normally! The room is normal! Cleaning and towel change every day!
It's hard for the elderly to climb the mountain in the heat (the hotel is on the mountain, the beach and the boardwalk are below)

To begin with, I drove without any expectations, the main thing for me was the sea.. which in the month of January was just fantastic!
Now about the hotel. It is located on a mountain with a magnificent view of Naama Bay and the sea. The staff is very polite, they always try to help, although few of them speak Russian, but this did not cause any problems. I got a room with a view of the city and partially could see the sea. The room faced the courtyard, not the pool, which made me very happy, because the cheerful company really liked to turn on their music to the fullest, through the pool speaker... and when this happened, it was quiet and peaceful in my room! This is a plus for me) The room is small but cozy. They cleaned perfectly! It was always very clean, BUT it seems that the refrigerator has never been washed! He stinks terribly. Plus, he worked for me for two hours a day.. it turned itself on and off. The second point.. There were terrible marks of dead insects on the walls. It's just a nightmare) Some switches just can't be touched - it's disgusting. At the same time, I did not notice any live insects during the entire vacation. Otherwise, everything is fine in the room. Separately, I would like to cancel the incredibly cozy, warm, heavy blankets and very comfortable pillows! I don't remember when I was so comfortable and sweet to sleep!
I was in the department for 11 nights and never saw anyone swimming in the pool, except crows and pigeons)) By the way, yes! There were a large number of different species of birds) For me, this is also a plus. Despite the small territory of the hotel, it is very cozy and green.
One dining room, which always had enough space for everyone. The food is decent! The chefs are trying, they cook sincerely! But for me, the problem has been the same for a long time.. so at some point I just stopped going there) And again! I know that it was always possible to approach the manager and ask for something from the food and already for dinner or the next day this dish appeared) The chefs also made very tasty nuggets and potato chips) The broths were all and always just wonderful! But few people ate them, because they were outraged that there was only water there)) I can say that the food in the top five is more varied, but in this hotel it was much tastier!
There is also one bar.. alcohol, just like everywhere else. The bartenders are trying, they make beautiful cocktails, but I don't know the taste, I haven't tried it, I just saw it) Tea and coffee are also welcome. With water, there was a problem for me.. she was only in the cooler, which was in the restaurant and there was nowhere to pour water when it was closed. But everything is solved by buying a package of water)
Beach.. at the time of my vacation, the passage was given only to one beach - kanabesh. Towels were also given out and asked to be returned every day. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk from the hotel, but you need to go down the stairs! There are 160 steps, perhaps a little less. If you don't have a problem with that, then great! Specifically for me, this was again an undoubted plus) After going down the steps a little bit, you could sit on a bench that was a little further away and had a view of the sea. Quite a secluded place)
There was always enough room for everyone on the beach! The beach is wide enough.. but wooden sun beds leave much to be desired! The mattresses are all stuffed with birds.. no one washes them. There was also a cafe on the beach where people came to drink and eat. The beach is paid without access from the hotel.. but I saw that a lot of people were coming here, having paid some money. The entrance to the sea is shallow, deep! Which I also consider a plus! A small, lively reef, many different, beautiful fish, so it's worth taking a mask with you) In general, everything is fine! Apart from the fact that in the first days of rest I got into a situation: at four o'clock in the afternoon I took a drink at the beach bar (the bar is paid) and continued to relax. After about 5 minutes, security jumped up to me and started shouting that the beach was closing, go away! It all looked pretty rough! They began to expel everyone .. at the same time, the cafe is open until late at night, as far as I know. Then the guards saw that I had a drink bought from them (I want to note that the price is 5 times higher on it) and commanded me - "Ah! You're drinking! Then you can stay for another 10 minutes. But this is the maximum!" In general, the situation is strange for me, I wanted to stay there for dinner, but after that, of course, I left. Moreover, throughout the rest, I did not stay on the beach longer than before 16:00)
In general, I want to say that the rest was great! For many years, I am really ready to say that I will be happy to return to this hotel again! A quiet, peaceful, cozy place, with wonderful people working there. Thank them for their hard work!
P.s. I highly recommend not going there with children. There is clearly nothing to occupy them on the territory of the hotel. Plus, the stairs to the beach will not be a joy at all!

I haven't seen anything worse in Egypt, it's a nightmare, everything is bad, there are no words for food, you can't eat like that, there is no bread, there is no butter for breakfast, there is nothing, I ran for coffee today, they poured less than a spoon, It's a nightmare. The ticket to the beach was waited for 1 hour in the morning. The room was given all shaky, nothing works and is broken, dirt, dirt, dirt all around. After breakfast, we went to the beach, here the first places by the sea were reserved by the beach attendant for his personal clients. Then again about food, I don't want to say anything about meat and fish, it's not worth dreaming about, but at least eggplants, peppers and zucchini, but they are not there either! There is no baking at all, people think before you come here. It seems to me that leftovers from other hotels are brought here.
