I contacted the Eden travel agency with a request to find a tour to a certain hotel on certain days, I needed it urgently, and it was very important to me. A dark girl from the agency with thickly extended eyelashes found what I needed. The flight was in a couple of days. But her communication was boorish, it felt like she didn't need it at all (namely, to keep the client), because she knew that I really needed this tour. We agreed that we would meet at the Eden the next day at 10:30 so that I would pay for the tour. By the appointed time, even 10 minutes earlier, I arrive at the office and see only one girl, another. I ask her when her colleague, with whom I have arranged a tour, will come. The girl replied that I needed to walk until 11 a.m., as it would not be possible to pay for the tour before that time. I went for a walk, and as a result, at 10:45, the same tour operator calls me with a boorish "I've actually been here for a long time." I went up to her, she asked what time I would bring the full amount (exactly at what hour, the exact time), to which I replied that I could not tell the exact time, because I had to go to withdraw money from the card, etc., in general there are nuances, but I am ready to pay today. The girl continued to behave rudely, to which she was asked why she was behaving like that. She said that she didn't owe us anything at all, that she stayed at work for us yesterday, that we couldn't find a better agency and came to them (although I just came at the first place). In general, there was a verbal altercation. Despite this attitude, I decided to pay for the tour, but the girl suddenly told me (WHAT an UNEXPECTED TWIST) that there were no more tickets!!!! Thank God that there is another travel agency on the same floor, where the exact same tour was urgently found for me on the same day! I have already flown, returned, and now I am writing my negative review to you, Eden, on my cooled feelings. You are liars, there is no customer orientation, no subordination, you communicate as if I owe you something. I have to feel support in my tour operator, trust him, and in your case this was not the case. Shame on you and 0/5 stars......for your superiors, I point out that the girl's number in Viber ended in 6464.
I have been dealing with the Eden tour agency for many years. We also went through the times of covid, when trips hung up, and other unpleasant moments..And always, always, we found a way out of the situation!...One day our flight from Vitebsk was postponed to Gomel! A friend categorically stated that she would not fly! The operator Julia and her husband personally found a way out, took us to Mogilev, and there we got to Gomel and Egypt by transfer..And on the way back we were delivered in the same way .Unforeseen circumstances happen in every job.. Especially when you have to coordinate the service of different departments.. What distinguishes this agency, and, in particular, Julia, is that she can busily find a way out, advise the best option..On my advice, many friends contacted me and no one was disappointed. I hope for fruitful cooperation with this agency in the future and, of course, I wish them success and tolerant vacationers..
