We had a rest at this hotel, in July 2019 We booked 4 beds, a junior suite. The numbers in the photo and in reality are different!!!! At the reception, we waited a long time for them to check us in!!!! We checked into another room (we booked one, but we checked into another one)! To the question: "Why did this happen?" We were told: "That room is occupied!" We checked in on the 5th floor, the room is VERY STUFFY!!!THERE IS NO CONDER!!! NOT PROVIDED FOR THIS ROOM! You can't open the window at night, because music is playing loudly from the neighboring cafes!!! The room is DIRTY! They no longer began to run, to look for others. Hotels, because small children! To clean the room, you need to ask for it yourself. And there is no difference "before" and "after" cleaning!!! The food in the restaurant is disgusting! Meals +, breakfasts are normal. A separate theme is a game room, a children's room!!! it's just hell!!!! The toys are all broken, a mess, there are dirty pots. After staying in this room, my hands were dirty!!! AND THIS IS A CHILDREN'S ROOM!!! Judging by the fact that the word "cleanliness" is probably not familiar to the Eden hotel, they did not even bother to go into the pool!!! There is dirt in the gazebos on the street! We couldn't rest for a week, because when we woke up one day, it turned out that the water (mountain, cold) just doesn't reach the 5th floor. After calling the reception, we were told to go wash in the pool!!! That was the last straw!!! We packed up and left this "HELL", not "Eden"! DEAR OWNERS OF THIS HOTEL! DRIVE YOUR STAFF, MAYBE THEN YOU WILL HAVE CLEANLINESS AND ORDER!!!!!! IT'S JUST THAT, HAVING PAID A LOT OF MONEY, I WANT TO COME TO RELAX, AND NOT THINK ABOUT WHERE TO EAT, WASH THE CHILDREN, AND SLEEP PEACEFULLY, AND NOT WAIT UNTIL THE MUSIC STOPS FROM THE NEIGHBORING CAFES TO OPEN THE WINDOW!!!! This is not the first time in Borovoye, there is something to compare this hotel with!

It's the same thing in the restaurant every morning. Fried sausage and amlet. There is also oatmeal porridge. And so it is every morning. As it is, the hotel is good.
