In fact, a very expensive dress was ruined. They were sent for dry cleaning again, new chemical stains appeared. The employees communicate in a very boorish way. They refused to contact the company's management. At the same time, they blatantly lie that there were new stains when taking things. You will have to write an official request to the main office and apply for damages and deal further with the authorities. It is very unpleasant, I do not recommend it both in terms of the quality of work and the level of service and communication with customers.
