A wonderful hotel! A cozy room, everything you need is there, comfortable beds. Bed linen is changed every day. Every day, there are 2 bottles of 500 ml of water. Upon arrival, they asked for an iron, they did not have time to go up to their room, the board and iron are already at the door. So the iron was used right in the room all week)
An electronic key, no switches, but there are small electronic displays: turn on the lights, air conditioning, order room cleaning, etc. A large reception area and a breakfast restaurant, which is very convenient. A great place to stay for a week. Fresh renovation. The staff is friendly. Transfer to the beach, ibn trampolines and metro. There is a supermarket and a small shopping center with a McDuck within walking distance. The breakfasts are good.

We had a rest in November 24th. Without a tour, we booked ourselves on Ozone a week before departure. The tariff was non-refundable. For 6 nights, 48000 rubles for two (a child of 1.3 years old is free with us) with breakfast. The tour was paid upon arrival.collecting 60aed for the entire period for two. And $ 50 left a deposit, they return it at check-out.
A cot was requested for the child in advance (they wrote to the hotel by mail, replied that they could provide it, but in fact, if they were available). Upon check-in, it turned out to be free, provided free of charge. But it is shorter than our Russian standard ones. Therefore, keep in mind that if the child is older, it may not fit. The hotel itself, as they say, is good, clean everywhere. One of the disadvantages in the room is the lack of a kettle and a hair dryer. Boiling water can be taken from the cafe downstairs. They are allowed to take dishes to the room. In the bathroom, a clothesline is stretched over the shower, which is convenient, because there are no balconies to dry. There is a safe (free use). Immediately upon arrival, they requested an iron and a board (provided free of charge), brought them to the room, they were in the room for the entire period of stay, they did not give them away. The refrigerator in the room is sooo small, but it freezes medium. The conditioner works very well, cools down in a few minutes. The curtains are blackout in the room. The cleaning was supposed to be in a day, but we asked to take the garbage, because with a child. As a result, the garbage was picked up and cleaned every day. Water was brought free of charge every day.
Of the disadvantages when relaxing with a child: all the furniture with sharp corners, just looked so as not to bump into them. There was a sofa near the bed, it was convenient, but there was a bedside shelf with corners right next to the sofa, which was also dangerous and inconvenient. There is a soft covering around the bed on the floor, and the rest of it is cold tile / stone. Incl. be sure to take warm socks for the child with rubberized inserts!
The breakfast is very tasty and hearty, there are many types of dishes and snacks: rolls and croissants, omelette, fried eggs and boiled eggs, cheeses, fresh vegetables, olives, fruits, sausages, rice or noodles (very tasty), juice, tea/coffee. In general, you will not stay hungry. Breakfast, if I'm not mistaken, is from 6.30 to 10.30. We did not take dinner, but the reception said that for 60 euros per person you can have dinner (buffet).
The swimming pool (outdoor) and gym are located on the 7th floor. The view from the pool is not very good (road, construction site and desert).
There is a transfer to the beach. He leaves there at 10.00 and picks up back at 15.00. He arrives at the beach on a Marina with a Ferris wheel. The journey takes about 15 minutes. You need to make an appointment for a transfer a day in advance. And it's better right in the morning, because at 10 a.m. there may not be room for a trip the next day, because the bus is small. And you can also take a transfer to the metro. And if you walk to the metro, then 15 minutes.
The nearest grocery store (if you have studied the area correctly) is in the shopping center, where McDonald's is. There are also several cafes (you can have dinner if you need somewhere near the hotel).
There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, a Russian-speaking girl also still works at the reception.
We took a taxi to Al Maktoum airport near the hotel - 64aed left.

Nice hotel, new, modern, clean. Nearby is a beautiful cottage area with greenery and flowering trees, where there are supermarkets. I liked the hotel. We took a tour from Moscow to this hotel. Upon check-in, 90 dirhams were paid in 9 days, and $ 100 was immediately changed to dirhams at the reception. They asked for an iron, a kettle, hangers for things in the room - they brought everything. There is a hair dryer, a mini fridge. The food at breakfast is the same every day, everything is delicious. I'm at the hotel right now. The hotel is really good. We have to walk a little bit to the al furgian metro station, we got used to it, and walk for 10 minutes through the beautiful houses of the villa, the road to the metro is very pleasant, birds and cicadas sing. The hotel is not in the center, there are no skyscrapers, but you can get to any area of Dubai by metro.
Food: very tasty. At breakfast there is a huge amount of fruit and a standard set of omelets, sausages, cheeses, olives, croissants, pasta, etc.
I recommend changing dinner for lunch. It includes salad, hot dishes, tea and ice cream. We always order pizza and went for a walk in the city with her in the evenings. Pizza is huge and delicious.
Rooms : Everything is fine here. They clean every day, the room is designer, like the whole hotel. The smart home system in the room has everything from soap... Even a body cream.the quality is good for shampoo, conditioner and creams.
You can't walk around the hotel without a map.the elevator goes only with a card. The entrance to the pool is also on the map. The water in the pool is heated, it is on the roof.but the view from it is like on the MKAD.
Reception: fire. They work at lightning speed. They speak Russian.

The hotel is good for 4 stars. The rooms are clean, there is a sensor everywhere, modern, a kettle is provided on request. There is no tea or coffee in the room, this is a minus. There is only one Russian channel on TV and that is the left one.
According to the diet, there were only breakfasts, there was always porridge, vegetables, fruits, liver once a week. There was no fish. The buns are very tasty, the juices.
By transport accessibility:
15 minutes walk to the metro, if you know the way. There are buses nearby. The disadvantages are that there is only one Russian-speaking girl at the reception and that is rare. Transfer to the beach and back, you need to make an appointment in advance. It's too bad that there is no evening or afternoon transfer to the center or at least to the Ibn Battuta shopping center. Only in the morning to the subway and to the shopping center.
On the 7th floor there is a small swimming pool, but heated.

In February 2024, my wife and I went to Dubai and stayed at this hotel for 8 days.
It took us a very long time to choose a hotel. Although we understood that we would be staying in the hotel very little time.
But it is important for us that in it:
• it was clean;

• There was a good atmosphere.
We did not lose 100 percent here. It was exactly the way we wanted it to be.
This is a new hotel that opened in 2022. Everything in it is very stylish and thoughtful.
There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.

About the room
The room is small. We got a room on the 4th floor overlooking the courtyard of the hotel.
The noise level in the room is 6 out of 10. Noise sources: ⁃ cars (not often) ⁃ music of the hotel restaurant (until 12 o'clock at night) With the window closed, you can no longer hear all this.
The room has: a hairdryer, shampoo (aka shower gel) and air conditioning, a safe (you set the code for it yourself).
There is a special room on the floor where you can take: a kettle, an ironing board, an iron, a toothbrush, a washcloth.
The hotel is very clean, and so is the room. Cleaning can be requested every day, there is a special touch button in the room.
There is a large TV in the room, and the hotel has developed a special firmware for it. This is not a smart TV or an Android TV. You can connect a USB flash drive (mp4 format plays) and you can watch YouTube. There are some TV channels, but we haven't watched them.
The bed is comfortable, large, with a good mattress.
The lighting in the room can be adjusted, it is distributed among the zones of the room.
There was always hot water in the shower, and cold water too.
You can take drinking water at breakfast or ask the room cleaner. When he does the cleaning, always put two bottles in the room.
Euro SOCKETS, no adapters are needed.
About the food at the hotel
We had breakfast and lunch or dinner. The food is delicious, I didn't like only Indian dishes.
Yes, the food is the same every day, but I didn't get bored. At least I can eat chicken with vegetables and salad every day.
You can also order dishes from the hotel's restaurant menu for an additional fee.
Breakfast from 6-30 to 10-30
Lunch from 12-30 to 15-30
Dinner from 18-30 to 21-00.
There is sometimes a buffet for dinner, there was always one for breakfast. For lunch, they always chose according to the menu: salad, hot, drink and dessert (ice cream).
I had no complaints about the quality of the food.
About the food near the hotel
There is a huge supermarket nearby, it sells ready-made food. There's also a McDonald's.
I looked at the prices, on average, a ready-made dish in the supermarket costs 19 derhams.
We bought water (one and a half liters) at the supermarket for 2 derhams, dates and bananas.
We had minimal additional costs for food.
The area where the hotel is located
It is a very calm and safe place with beautiful green streets. It took us about 18 minutes to get to the subway.
My conclusions about the hotel
It is very suitable for urban recreation. For those who need some kind of large area where they can walk, this hotel is not suitable.
Of the disadvantages, I will note — a long service in the restaurant, sometimes lunch took about 40-50 minutes.
The hotel turned out to be the best choice for us. That's why I'm giving him a well-deserved 5.

Only one girl at the reception speaks Russian at the hotel.
It is 20-30 minutes to the metro by walking with a stroller through residential buildings and a park, cozy.

Lived here in 2022 in October. The hotel is new. Everything is gorgeous. Rooftop pool, fitness room, own bar/restaurant. What an amazing delicious food in the restaurant.
It's a bit far from the metro, about 20 minutes on foot. The rooms are beautiful, clean and modern. But the rooms seemed very tiny to me.

Everything requires general cleaning (the usual staff do well): the carpet is stained, the walls are splashed (I washed them myself), the windows are all in handprints; the mattress is sagged. The room turned out to be right next to the pool, the water was boiling very loudly all night, music was playing all day (speakers hang right on the wall between the room and the pool), they drill periodically - it's all very unpleasant, although we are not one of those who sit in the room. There is not a road under the windows, as it was said, but a huge interchange and road construction: noise, dust, noise both day and night. I wouldn't have written about it to everyone if it hadn't been for an unpleasant incident: the pool guard allowed himself to make a remark when I was lying on my stomach and sunbathing, untying the string on my back (my swimsuit is not with a thong and is not open!) that you can't do that! This is despite the fact that on a nearby sunbed, a lady was breastfeeding a child completely open, a man in the pool was expectorating and spitting right into the water, girls were swimming with their breasts falling out of their bras - they are afraid to make such insolent remarks. It is worth noting: there are only ten sun beds by the pool and all are Russian; girls with an open back, belly, minimally short shorts and so on go everywhere in the hotel. For example, I don't allow myself to walk the streets like that, but I don't see any point in lying by the pool in a hotel in a burqa, and I'm also not going to listen to comments in my 40s.
In general, we will not return to this hotel, and we do not advise anyone who respects themselves. I recommend that the hotel change the overseers at the pool to lifeguards, and do not rent this room, turn it into some kind of room for storing inventory.

We stayed from 22.01.24 to 31.01.24. The hotel is very fresh, opened a year ago. The rooms are small and clean. The bathroom is standard with a shower. There is a minimum of furniture in the room, it was frustrating that there is no table for personal belongings. The linen on the bed is of excellent quality, it is changed after 3 days. There is no kettle or tea accessories in the room. The hair dryer is hidden in a drawer under the safe. The hotel is located a 20-minute walk to the metro station, which is not very convenient. There is a transfer from the hotel to the Marina beach at 10.00, back at 15.00, you need to make an appointment at the reception in advance. The hotel is located on the outskirts, on one side of the hotel there is a construction of a large automobile interchange. Meals: the breakfast buffet is excellent, dinners can be chosen from 3 types of salad, 4 types of main course and dessert ice cream. The menu never changes and gets boring in a week. We bought dinners from a tour operator, which turned out to be much more profitable than 10,000 rubles for 7 days for two, if you buy the same dishes on the spot in a restaurant - 3000 rubles per person - one dinner, keep this in mind. The dishes are delicious, the service is restaurant-style. I generally recommend the hotel.
