We contacted this service 2 times.
The last time I did not immediately agree to repair after their call with the announced cost - as a result, I was offered a discount of 20,000 tenge on a second call, 2 days after the first one. So I advise you not to rush to agree the first time - the equipment will lie down a little with them and a 20%+ discount on repairs will be formed)
And for the first time - a year ago, we changed the battery in the MacBook. When receiving after repair, it turned out that they mistakenly put a used battery instead of the promised new one (how to check in mac - hold down the option and click on the apple in the upper left corner - there on system settings - then on power - and look to make the cycle count line 0). But the guys are honest - they were immediately replaced without any questions. After all, why would a good office sell used goods at the price of a new one?)
P.S. For outside observers, I will decipher - I did not use any discount. I was told the problem from the series “all electronics burned down”, which looked extremely doubtful, and the discount confirmed my guesses - how much cheating should there be if they can so easily put the squeeze on the sale with such a big discount (considering that they were going to order components). As a result, I took it to another one and fixed it for 2.5 times cheaper than the price tag they presented. And yes - they didn't fix what they said was broken))))
My message is purely that if you don't want to look for another service and figure out whether they have changed exactly what they said to you and whether they are trying to divorce you, then at least pay less for it.
If you are suddenly wondering why I was there 2 times, I will answer - a stupid combination of circumstances)
