since the first day of opening, I've been digging up a lot of models for years and the house is more littered than their store and the latest expensive models are so bad that I gave them to the neighbors, and yesterday I wanted to buy and asked for a discount (it's like respect for the customer) they refused and I bought it , because this model is good , but I would have fired the entire management and reviewed the company's policy and it was expensive, but the quality became very poor , they used to be very good, but now you rarely find it .

Terrible service. They asked what size 45 is, they said that everything is there. As a result, there really wasn't a pair of the right size in the store. The consultants are detached, not helpful. It's a pity (ecco is a favorite brand, but the store in the north is a nightmare

На последнюю пару обуви 45 размера с явным дефектом (сильная потёртость нубука) наотрез отказались делать скидку. С лицом, принимающим решения, связаться не дали. Вместо обсуждения причин не представления скидки, менеджер магазина якобы «забрала» пару из продажи. Готов поспорить, что тут же выставят обратно. Неописуемая жадность.
Всю жизнь покупаю обувь в экко, с таким отношением сталкиваюсь впервые.

Ассортимент небогатый. Цены на треть выше других сопоставимо крупных городов, и раза в два дороже варианта заказа в онлайн-магазинах. Зайти и пощупать можно, но вот покупаем эти же вещи в других местах. По качеству претензий нет, разумеется :-)
