As of fall 2023:
This is not a big hotel, there are few rooms.
The rooms are either small one-room or 2-storey.
In the 2-storey rooms on the 2nd floor there are no windows or ventilation.
There is a swimming pool, but it is small.
There are restaurants around the hotel, so in the evenings, especially on weekends, there is music that can be heard perfectly in the room.
There are some shabby dirty carpets on the floor in the rooms.
Next to the hotel there is a garbage dump with garbage cans, and a garbage truck loading garbage smells and is very audible.
The pool is very small, there is no infrastructure at the hotel.
An ordinary boutique hotel, with an old renovation, unremarkable rooms, quality for a C grade.
There is no desire to come to this hotel a second time...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from September 4 to September 9, 2021. We were completely delighted with the room, the cleaning, the location of the hotel, and the amazingly attentive staff who are ready to help you at any time. The restaurant at the hotel is also very tasty. We even liked it much more than the neighboring and more expensive ones. In general , we are ready to recommend this hotel to everyone who goes on vacation to Oludeniz. You can safely give the hotel 4-5 stars .

Probably the best place in Oludeniz! You feel the European approach, excellent breakfasts, cozy rooms and a good restaurant at the hotel, so much so that it is better to book a table in advance 😉
