A tire was punched on the weekend, it was urgently necessary to change the tires, because next weekend we need to leave again. They ordered it on the website on Monday, they said it would be delivered on Tuesday. They called on Tuesday and said they would deliver it on Wednesday. We warned that it was urgent for us and a tire service had already been booked for Wednesday evening. On Wednesday, silence :-) They tried to call themselves, but did not answer the phone. Then, by some miracle, they answered, said they would sort it out and bring it. They didn't call us anymore, and of course there are no tires. Except for piggishness, to be honest I don't know what to call it and I haven't come across this for a long time. Why couldn't we say right away that we don't have it or call to say that it's not working. Purely even humanly, the behavior is ugly. I hope that karma will return everything to you in the same amount.
By the way, we found other Altra Auto guys. We immediately bought tires and changed them there.

Приобретала у них зимние шины, сервис не плохой но надо операторов подучить, по ошибке сказали что шины можно забрать но их там не оказалось зря потратила день.
