We visited the Eataliano restaurant because we liked the exterior (interior, large floor-to-ceiling windows, location by the sea). The dishes we ordered turned out to be of very mediocre quality. The mushroom risotto is completely tasteless. Carpaccio of tender meat with large veins was served on a platter already decorated with mustard, pickled cucumbers and fresh radishes! Italian chefs would cry if they saw such an ikebana on the same dish with carpaccio. Of all the offered assortment, I liked only the magnificent Chablis and ciabatta. The worst restaurant in Haifa that we have visited.
