I go to this place every day during my lunch break. the staff are very polite, responsive, always help with the choice, smile warmly and advise on the composition. special thanks to Anastasia's administrator and all employees for high-quality and fast service.
I liked everything. There is a lot of choice, although the point of sale looks more like a counter than something gray with a kitchen. The prices are average (not cheap, but not space either). The service is fast.

First. It was already clear from the face of the cashier girl. Yes, yes, it is the cashier! Maybe you should take a seller to make it more fun for you, who knows how to communicate with people and sell what you consider your product.
Second. I specifically told her several times that the soup is for a child, not a horse who is 18, but 2 and a half years old, so that without pepper, especially salt and other things. We settled on mashed soup, asparagus with something there, green in color.
And what do you think? Fortunately, my wife tried it, I also had the honor to taste it. I had a sick stomach from 2 spoons of this soup all day long!!! And does she recommend this to a small child???
There was a wild desire to pour this soup on the employee's head, regardless of the administrative consequences. She doesn't know what she's selling? At least write extended process maps for your employees, describing not only the ingredients, but also the spices. They should actually try it before they sell it.

A nice girl helped me with the choice quickly enough, but I still have questions about food, why borscht for 5 rubles is very watery, almost without meat, explain to me something I don't understand, well, at least sour cream was offered (appreciated). The second question is about the bun, it was offered for soup (garlic bun), but in fact you are given just a bun with a minimal hint of garlic in it and it costs 1.5 rubles (a waste of money, I highly recommend it). I hope it was an unsuccessful borscht because lunch is ruined. Only the girl's smile remained in memory for her and 2 points

the place is not bad, the food in general is quite acceptable, especially for this price. Basically, the place takes out because of its staff. The guys are nice, if anything, you can laugh with them and talk about something. I hope that in the near future, this place will move for the better.

The bosses of this chain should learn customer orientation from the leaders of fast food chains.
I'm giving you 5 points for the second time, because I'm specially coming to the Palazzo for these incredible burgers. They are all always very tasty! And not only burgers, everything is delicious, I just have a special love for them 😇
