I will share my experience of renting a car in this office.
Studying the price market of car rental in Antalya in September, I came across the website of this car rental company. The price for the Fiat Egea diesel automatic was only 20 euros per day, including reservations for 15 days. The average price of other car distributors for such a car was 28-30 euros / day (I also looked at aggregators).
The small price was very alarming, so I started looking for reviews on the distributor. Of course, there are none on Yandex (that's why I'm duplicating the review here), I went to search on the site of a competing American search engine. At the time of the search, the reviews were only 5-6 years old, but mostly positive. I decided to write off on Whatsapp. The employees promptly answered the questions, even though I wrote through a translator, they understood everything, explained and even sent photos. I made the booking myself on their website. I sent them a screenshot from the booking sheet and calmly waited for the start of the trip.
Upon arrival, I got into a taxi and drove to the office for 20 liras. While I was driving, I got a call from the office and asked if I had arrived or not. I said that I had arrived and was going to them, he asked me to wait for him at the entrance to the office, as he was standing at the airport and waiting for us with a sign. (we did not discuss the meeting in Antalya). We waited a maximum of 5 minutes and a snow-white Fiat drove up, the one we had booked.
After exchanging a few words (and my knowledge of English does not allow me to do more)) we have started the paperwork, the procedure is simple. I copied the data from the passport, from the driver's license to the prepared forms, signed them, handed over the money and received the keys in return. During the registration, the spouse did not have time to take off the body and interior of the car on video. (for personal insurance and peace of mind,)). And yes, when asked about making a few small scratches in the contract, the owner said no problem, we won't waste time, the car is insured. For some reason, I did not insist and let's go. I really liked the car, it was comfortable for 2 adults in front and a child in a child seat behind. I drove about 2 thousand km along mountain serpentines, rural roads, Kapadok boulders), the car did not fail anywhere.
I arrived the day before handing over the car to the owner and immediately wrote that he could pick it up today at the hotel where I live or tomorrow I could bring it to you (which I really didn't want)). The landlord agreed to pick me up today, asked if I had used toll roads (to which I received a positive response) and set a meeting time. Before arriving, he sent me a printout from the toll road registration program. The amount there was about 30 liras - This is for the Mersin - Cappadocia road, a highway like O-21 is called. Meeting at the car, he glanced at it briefly, looked at the interior, gave me a phone holder that I had forgotten on the panel, started the car and said everything was fine. We exchanged a few sentences again)) about Turkey in general, about my impressions, and both said goodbye satisfied. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the owner, but the person makes a positive impression! Thanks to him for his positive contribution to our one of the best trips!!!
