We were especially surprised by the waitress , she did not have time for breakfast , and when she was asked to add or remove something , she practically sent , there was not enough food , appliances too , tables were not cleaned. I was attracted to the buffet in this place. During my travels in different countries, I have visited many places and I will say that this is not the worst option. There are disadvantages here: the lack of coffee cups (they are constantly disassembled), the food is not replenished systematically, the assortment is not rich. For the first time in Minsk. We arrived by car, so the location was not critical. I ordered a hotel room by phone before the trip, I did not have to pay for the reservation. On the phone, a very friendly girl told me everything.
We got there on the navigator without any problems, there is a gas station nearby, a hypermarket "HIPPO", where we had breakfast and lunch on the food court. A very beautiful park named after him. Omar Khayyam on the shore of a cascade of ponds, for evening walks it's just the thing.
The staff is extremely polite. The room is clean, the room temperature is comfortable - not cold, but not hot either. Cleaning is daily. We were provided with a 2-room triple room for 3 people. If you are not by car, then the hotel is located in a very good transport interchange. We paid for accommodation on the spot with a Mir bank card

We stayed at the hotel from July 29 to July 31. Room 2 rooms 4 beds on the 9th floor. It's spacious. I do not welcome carpet on the floor because it will never be clean. If it weren't for him, there would be no pretensions to cleanliness. A large bathroom with a small shower cabin with a combined toilet. There is shower gel, shampoo, soap. The bed linen and towel are clean. There is no air conditioning at 22 it was comfortable and if it is hot outside, then the room will be stuffy. There are a lot of cabinets and nightstands. A table, chairs and 2 TVs on the wall. The water is always hot and immediately. The staff is polite. You can eat at the cafe for breakfast in any case. Porridge, eggs, sausages, cheese, sausage, side dish,vegetables, coffee machine, tea, milk, sweets (cheese, pie, etc.). The access to the hotel is good. Near the Lukoil gas station across the street is a big bargain. Hippo center. Vybog is big. Taxis are fast and not expensive. It's a decent walk to the subway.

In a 2-room suite for 4, one room was locked. I had to call the reception 3 times and go down personally to open it. There is no kettle and refrigerator in the room on the 9th floor. To get boiling water, you need to go down to the 1st floor to the only cooler in the hotel. The hotel staff is lazy and indifferent to the guests. The water pressure in the bathroom is very weak.
