I really liked the hotel!
Convenient location, the building itself is new and beautiful.
The room is spacious, with large windows, decorated with high-quality materials. Huge TV, Jacuzzi, big bed. The cleanliness is impressive, both in the room and in the entire hotel. The food in the restaurant is amazing, delicious, and the food is served professionally.
The professionalism of the staff, combined with the goodwill of each individual, creates an atmosphere of carelessness and comfort.

I really liked the hotel! Inside there is a wonderful cozy courtyard where you can relax in the coolness :) Our room was excellent, very spacious, magnificent furniture, linen, a Jacuzzi bath and an innovative bathroom, with lighting and automation. The restaurant is a separate song , very decent , in the morning there is a buffet breakfast . Everything is delicious , the waiters serve coffee , tea , porridge , scrambled eggs - whatever your heart desires . The reception is very professional: any issue is solved with lightning speed; we were provided with an excellent guide, a guide and a car. Therefore, Samarkand has rightfully turned out to be the most hospitable and most refined city in sunny Uzbekistan for us! 🍀🇺🇿🍇🇺🇿🍀

Beautiful building, good location. The breakfasts are normal. Of the cons:
- very poor sound insulation. If you want to get enough sleep and you sleep without earplugs, it will be very difficult for you. You will hear music in the restaurant late at night, how tourists talk, how they come to check into the hotel at 4 a.m.
We have been here for 6 days and have not been able to sleep peacefully.
And if this review is read by the managers or owners, think about replacing the fragrance in the hotel lobby, now a regular spray can is sprayed, judging by the smell, as in toilets. More pleasant formats of aromatization of common rooms are now available.

Quite a good hotel) convenient location. There are shops and an active life nearby. I don't know what words to choose. The room is clean! The bed is good. Everything you need in the room and the hotel is basically there. The only thing was that the towel dryers did not work (in many rooms where our group lived). Of the disadvantages that I noticed: this is because there are many rooms with windows opening into the interior of the hotel (not even the courtyard) - accordingly, when the windows are opened, all the noise and hum from the guests are constantly in the room (the windows themselves are frosted, there is no visual contact with anyone) + noise insulation ... none) you can hear everything in the hallway and neighboring rooms and even on the second floor. For breakfast: quite modest, but you can eat. I liked the restaurant on the 3rd floor))) you can have a tasty and hearty meal without leaving home, as they say.

The trip to Samarkand began with the choice of a hotel. When I saw the photo, I didn't doubt the choice for a second. And it was absolutely right. A delightful, chic, beautiful and very cozy hotel!! We were greeted at the reception by a very pleasant Avazbek and Dilnoza. Friendly and smiling. And at exactly 12 a.m. they brought me a cake with a candle)
It was my birthday.

It's a beautiful hotel and the room is good! But it's not possible to sleep here! If you plan to get enough sleep, then this hotel is not for you, and certainly not for a measured family vacation! The walls are shaking, there is no insulation! The restaurant on the upper and lower floors is a hangout.... We were assured non-stop that it would be over before 23, but that's not the case! Plan your vacation based on your requests! Even with the curtains closed, the light will shine directly into your eyes as the curtains do not fade out! I do not recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday and even more so for sleeping!!!!!!!

The hotel is very nice: we had a deluxe room, spacious enough for two. The only drawback is that a large window opens onto the elevator lobby inside the building, and only a small one opens onto the inner open gallery. Therefore, it may be stuffy, there is little fresh air (although there is air conditioning), it is noisy with the window open, and you do not want to open the curtains. But sleeping is quite comfortable. Standard rooms are more compact. Comfortable bed, modern and beautiful furniture, clean bathroom. The staff is polite and attentive. Excellent restaurant on the 3rd floor, very tasty.

It's kind of expensive-rich, but the music is up to 23 in the restaurant and everything can be heard in the rooms. Silence is not for you. The breakfasts are the same. When calculating, they offer to write off at their internal exchange rate in dollars, if through soums, then suddenly the bank removes 1.5% of the commission - a gross violation of Visa rules, but no one cares about that. It's not worth the extravagant money. When checking out, the reception employee goes to inspect the room - at such a cost, nonsense and piggishness are out of the ordinary!!!

We were in Samarkand and randomly chose this hotel. We arrived late, closer to 12 a.m., they were already waiting for us and quickly settled in. The room is very comfortable, clean, the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is also very tasty. I would like to note the magnificent decoration of the restaurant. The three-dimensional frescoes on the walls are of amazing beauty.

We stayed with my wife at this hotel from March 15 to March 16, 2023 in room 201.
The hotel itself is very beautiful, the service is at a high level.
We were greeted very warmly at the reception.
We express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created.
Beautiful room, nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels, pastel linen, a huge bed - everything is done with taste.
We visited the restaurant on the ground floor. Live music is played in the evening. I really liked the performance of the saxophonist.
As for the cuisine (menu), you can write a separate article about it... A good selection of wines, delicious desserts and delicious coffee. A lamb leg was ordered from the hot one - a masterpiece. The chefs are magicians, they work miracles ...
the waiter (unfortunately we did not remember the name) picked up a suitable table for us in a cozy remote place, making sure that we felt as comfortable as possible. I accepted the order very quickly, unobtrusively offered specialties, and clearly answered all questions about the menu.
The cook cooked the ordered food quickly enough (and some dishes were quite complicated), without forcing us to languish waiting for the order. We appreciated the taste of the dishes very highly, the presentation was very original, the serving was exquisite.
We ask you to give these restaurant employees a bonus for their high professionalism and sincere attitude towards the guests.
We were very satisfied. We thank the management and staff of the hotel.
We wish your hotel prosperity, thanks to the whole team and a low bow!

I chose this hotel purely by chance, according to reviews and I really liked it, convenient location, responsive staff, expensive and modern neoclassical interior with Kale plumbing, excellent restaurant located on the top floor of the building. Everything is at the highest level.
Thank you for the pleasant experience. I recommend dishes from the restaurant knuckle with mashed potatoes, borscht, Norwegian soup.

1. I ordered a meeting at the airport through the hotel, i.e. a transfer. It was canceled without warning and at the airport I had to look for a taxi to the hotel at 6 a.m., which is exactly what I wanted to avoid.
2. I booked an early check-in and it was confirmed by the hotel when I called 10 days before arrival. But upon arrival, they gave me a lower-class Family room for half a day in the morning (and not the Suite I had booked), then I had to move to a Suite.
3. Upon arrival, we made a full calculation, taking into account the adjustment of the details of my reservation (without transfer and taking into account early arrival in a cheaper room), I paid for it, believing that the payment issue was closed. And that's exactly what I was told at the reception in the morning and confirmed with a receipt for payment for the full period of my stay.
4. However, upon departure, when I did not have time to deal with the situation, they unexpectedly demanded an additional payment of $ 140, allegedly they made a mistake in calculating the cost of living when checking in!
They started shouting, suddenly stopped speaking and understanding Russian. We ruined the whole impression of the hotel!!!
As a result, we had to pay extra in order not to be late for the train station.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism of the reception staff!
Or maybe I am wrong, and the staff are professionals, but in the field of fraud. But this is a question for law enforcement agencies and management.

The hotel is located 200 m from the best restaurant, 500 m from the Samarkand restaurant. A 25-minute walk from Registan. There is a shopping center nearby.

I want to put more! Great hotel!
I'll start from the beginning. We were checked into the hotel at 14:00. We booked the room and already knew that they would move us (with my husband) to the second floor in room 213. The room is small but very comfortable. A great bathroom with a bathtub. All plumbing is excellent, nothing drips or leaks anywhere. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Therefore, it is always warm and dry there, even at night.
Snow-white bed linen, towels.
At the entrance there is a double-leaf wardrobe with a safe and a set of hangers. There are 2 cleanest bathrobes and slippers hanging for you. Next, there is a bedside table with a refrigerator in the room. The hotel also provides a kettle with a set of tea and coffee, sugar and bottles of water.
There is a work table (for those who need it) with a lamp.
Our room had windows facing the courtyard. Very convenient;) quiet! We perceive evening music normally and it did not bother us. When they wanted to sleep, they closed the balcony and turned on the air conditioner. After 23:00 there was silence and then the window was opened.
Morning breakfast is something you can talk about a lot ;) He's just gorgeous! Several types of porridge, omelette, fried eggs, hot (meatballs, baked beef and........), pancakes, cupcakes, baked pies (samsa), sweet biscuits, fresh vegetables, herbs, fresh fruits (cherries, strawberries, bananas, several types of apples), honey, condensed milk, nuts of several types, yoghurts and.............. Coffee is brewed for you: cappuccino, latte, espresso. I didn't list a lot of things;))
Cleanliness is worth mentioning separately. It's clean everywhere. Cleanliness and punctuality in everything!
I've studied a lot of hotels, but I didn't regret choosing this one for a minute. The hotel is 10 out of 5. And that's what I'm saying while living here! We are very pleased with the hospitality of this institution! We wish you only prosperity!

The hotel is located in the center of Samarkand (you will have to walk to the historical part of the city, 20-25 minutes or take a few minutes by taxi, which you need to call via Yandex (the service works very well - everything is fast and cheap).
I am absolutely delighted with the hotel, starting from its appearance and the mega friendly staff (the guys speak Russian perfectly, they will answer all the questions that arise and help solve any problem!!! That's 11 out of 10 points for the staff!!!) ending with the numbers themselves.
I read reviews from other tourists that the windows overlook the courtyard and because of this, the rooms are dark, and I was a little afraid of this. I got a room on the second floor with a balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows with blackout curtains that keep out sunlight. Probably, if the curtains are kept constantly closed, then there will be little light in the room, but very often I did not even turn on the light, it was enough that came from the window (during the daytime, of course).
I also read about the noise from the restaurant. Yes, it's loud, you can hear it all over the neighborhood, but because of this, even a certain atmosphere is created, and at exactly 23:00 everything goes quiet. If you close the balcony and turn on the air conditioner, then overall the sound insulation works well. It didn't bother me at all (well, I didn't go to bed before 23), I even visited a restaurant a couple of times)
Breakfast. The breakfasts are not very varied, but you will not stay hungry!!! Fresh vegetables and herbs, several types of sausage, sausages + boiled eggs, you can also order scrambled eggs or omelette + fresh delicious berries and fruits (watermelon, melon, cherries, apricots) and local sweets - raisins, dried apricots, nuts, halva. For lovers of milk in the morning, there was also something.
I checked into the hotel on my birthday and received a gift from the hotel - a bottle of wine with a huge tray of fruits (I ate for several days).
I am very glad that I chose this particular hotel.
By the way, there is one of the most popular restaurants across the street (a couple of minutes on foot).

A great hotel!! One of the most beautiful I've stayed in. And I've been to 25+ countries. The service is perfect! Despite the fact that our suite was not ready upon arrival, the staff with their service and gift of the 1st night at the hotel perfectly got out of the situation and smoothed the impression! The hotel is new! The suite is one love! The service and attitude to the guests are the highest! Hilton is resting) The music was not annoying, but entertaining. The windows in the room overlook the corridor to the elevator. There is no access to sunlight. The mattress on the bed frame walks about 10 centimeters. One turns and the other flinches. They noticed it right after arrival. There was paper under one of the legs. They left a complaint and asked to be eliminated. We returned after 3 hours, the only thing that changed was another paper under another leg. The audibility is such that it feels like someone is talking in your room. The shower is running all over the room, the floor is all wet. But at the same time, the room is positioned as a suite.

A wonderful customer-oriented hotel. There was discomfort from the night noise of the guests coming down from the restaurant and deciding to play the piano in the hotel lobby and sing songs at 12 o'clock at night. The receptionist personally apologized, and a pleasant surprise awaited in the room - a fruit plate and a bottle of wine. The breakfasts are very tasty. Once there was a slight blemish on the part of the staff - they did not have time to serve, they did not deliver some products at our request, which were no longer left by the time we arrived. But these are small things, nonsense. In general, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
