It used to be a theater and my grandfather, a prop artist, honored Worker of the Kazakh SSR, Starodubov M.S., worked in it . The brightest and most pleasant emotions about this place!!!

A nice old building! It is located in a good location in the city! It would be good to place a museum in this building and display exhibits of antiquity and history of the city and the region.
