THE HORROR! I've never faced such a nightmare as EAGLEWAY in my life! We entrusted them with the delivery of 5 TVs, and they packed and BROKE all the goods THEMSELVES! Upon delivery to Almaty, we received TVs in DISGUSTING condition – all 5 pieces were smashed to pieces! These people don't just do a bad job, they DESTROY your goods.
We paid them a lot of money, and in the end we got a complete mess and destroyed goods. And that's not all – they didn't want to deal with the problem at all! They ignore all appeals, do not want to compensate for the damage, and now we have to demand our money back! You can't imagine how shocked we were when we opened these boxes – it's just a nightmare!
I should have read the reviews about this company earlier. Everyone gives them one star! Good reviews are most likely written by the employees themselves, because there is no quality here. Everyone has only one star and a terrible experience, and I'm not the first one to face such a disaster!
EAGLEWAY is a complete disaster. They do NOT care about your product, do not bear any responsibility for their actions, and if you do not want to lose your cargo and money, run away from them as far as possible! I've attached photos so you can see for yourself what they've done to our TVs. If you want to save your nerves and business, NEVER work with them!
do not contact this counter, they charge 10% for ordering goods and if at least 90% of the entire order is not delivered from the order, they keep their 10%. you ask for a refund for the product, they cheat about 20% on the course. I strongly advise against them if you count the money.
