A wonderful hotel. I've been in it several times. It's quiet and cozy. The rooms are clean. Everything you need is available in the room. The hotel has a gym. Good location in the center of Prague. Breakfast is a Swiss table. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.
For 3 years in a row, we have chosen this hotel to celebrate the New Year.Good location, pleasant staff, cozy rooms (but there are exceptions of course).A very good and delicious breakfast
We are staying at this hotel for the second time.If it works out, we will come here again in the spring. We chose it for its excellent location in the first place. All the main attractions are literally "at hand".Then we already appreciated the good, quite varied breakfasts (porridges, however, are missing), the good equipment of the room (there is a stove, a microwave, a built-in stove with lighting, you can take a set of dishes and cook.) There is a dishwasher, we didn't use it, really.Elevator control, entrance doors to the floor and to the room - everything is done using an electronic key card.We needed two- they gave us without question. The staff is very polite, there are no Russian-speaking staff at the reception, I know a lot.We communicated in English. The cleaning lady in the room was Russian-speaking. And a little more about the room: the second time we got "tired".The defects in the bathtub are not very neatly covered up, the shelf under the sink is holding on with the last of its strength, but one metal support periodically could not stand and had to be corrected. One socket near the bed turned out to be non-working (but there are enough of them in the room, fortunately, and the rest were fine).A seam has split on the sofa cushion (very ugly).Fortunately, the threads of the right color turned out to be with them, and in five minutes the seam was restored.Well, perhaps all of the negative aspects.Oh, no. On the third day, the TV stopped working (signal problems). In principle, we didn't miss him either. In general, I can recommend the hotel, especially since none of the above shortcomings were noted for the first time.I was wrong about the number of "stars": definitely four
