They were supposed to be in working order the next day. What? That's right, no one called, only a day later a call came, it turns out that cleaning does not include cleaning the keys, this is a separate job that costs another 150 rubles from above. I agreed, as I repeat, I urgently need a laptop for work. After clarifying by phone how soon the laptop would be ready, the consultant said "hang on a bit, I'll check with the master now", after which I forgot to turn off the microphone and I heard this conversation "Vova, when will this finished MacBook be ready?" "I don't know, I need to look at all the keys, if nothing breaks on the way, then it will be there by evening." I immediately said that I had heard everything when the consultant returned. When asked about the recording of the conversation, I was told that it was not being conducted, although at the beginning of the call it was reported that a recording was in progress. Shocked by everything, I said that I was waiting for a laptop. How long did the 150p job take, what do you think? I decided to write to this service organization (on Instagram, where I clicked), but there was no response during the day. I decided to write from another account, supposedly a new client, and they immediately replied in a couple of minutes! The operator expressed dissatisfaction: - "contact the same place where the repair was carried out." I'm going back to Minsk, where the "specialist" explains that you need to leave a request for repairs and when the office approves, let's see what's wrong with your phone! I went home again (40 km), they call back a day later and agree to take the phone for diagnosis, allegedly the problem may be in the phone itself, which has served properly for many years, and not in this low-quality service. I went back to Minsk, they said tomorrow-the day after tomorrow we will dial... I waited 4 days and decided to dial it myself, they said some nonsense (like maybe it's an update, but it's not accurate). After long negotiations, we decided to change the battery anyway, but I decided to even pay extra and put a more reinforced one and agreed that by tomorrow it would be definitely done. I went back to Minsk to get my long-awaited phone, previously called a "specialist"

И вот я проснулся и начал ждать. После обеда я не выдержал и позвонил в офис. Мне сказали, что телефон ещё в офисе и ждёт курьера. Моё терпение было на исходе. В итоге я прождал почти до конца рабочего дня, но слава богам, он пришёл. Я, сломя голову, бросив все дела, быстро побежал его забирать. Отдали мне телефон, а там.... КЛЕЙ наружу. Я спросил:"это что, клей?!", мне сказали да и убрали быстренько. Я отдал деньги и с недовольным, но с капелькой радости лицом, что хотя бы отдали, пошёл домой. Разрядили 50 процентов зарядки телефона, что они там в нем делали, я не знаю. В целом, больше туда не обращусь!

Поставили дисплей, по их словам, "более хорошая замена, чем предыдущий вариант, который первоначально хотели поставить", естественно и подороже. В итоге левая часть дисплея тупо не работает, а когда включаешь телефон, так вообще дисплей отказывает, нужно телефон перезагружать, чтобы заработал. И так каждый раз . До замены дисплея телефон намного лучше работал, хоть и побит был немного.
