I don't often write reviews, but this time I want to share my experience with this company, which means that my display on Google pixel 7 pro crashed,I called back all the services in Minsk, and so I dial e-group Prostore and they tell me the price of 660p,I ask again about the price and timing (the timing was promised 1.5-2 hours)and moisture protection (they said that even it has a guarantee, I was even surprised by this)So I took it to them, and THE PHONE STAYED THERE FOR 10 DAYS!!! every evening I wrote to the main office and personally to the master,both of them were fed breakfast (they said problems with suppliers, etc.), I couldn't stand it and decided to pick up the phone without waiting for repairs (which, according to the main office, had to wait another 15 days, i.e. in total 25 days,this is me and not satisfied)and after my message about "picking up" the phone, the master writes to me, "if the problem was only in delivery, we would have done it on the day you brought it, but the problem is installation, the display arrived yesterday," i.e. before that, he says that "we would have done it on the day you arrived." and now the "display came yesterday," in short, a full hat, and the "cubicle" itself where they make phones is located in a crowded place where it is always noisy, etc., and let's say I don't understand how you can do normal repairs in such conditions.Personally, after all these adventures, I gave the phone to a service that another service recommended to me, and I got what they promised me, i.e. I brought the phone in yesterday and received it today, everything is clear, and the conditions there are completely different, it's clear that there are people who can fix phones, and not like in e-group(it's like professional persuaders are sitting there)
I brought the phone to replace the matrix. Because I looked in advance at the repair time from other companies, I was already expecting from 3 days to a week, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quick replacement in the literal sense in 30 minutes, also a small cleaning of the speakers, plus a protective glass as a gift. After the replacement, everything turned out to be smooth and sound, it was nice to see a person in the workplace who showed that he knew his job. Honestly, I didn't remember the name of the repairman, but many thanks to the one who worked on February 15th!
I gave the phone for diagnosis, it was diagnosed quickly, within a week. I refused to repair it, just asked for the phone back, and waited a month for it to be returned to me. As a result, the coveted SMS "your phone is ready for delivery" arrives, I arrive, and they tell me "oh, sorry, the master forgot to put the front camera on, the phone went back to the service, it will be ready tomorrow, come on." Well, I guess it's okay, it doesn't happen to anyone. I come the next day and the phone is not ready. All right, we're waiting further. The next day, I get a call saying, "The phone is ready for delivery. Come on." Finally, I'm going there, but they won't give it to me this time either. It turns out that the person did not look at the phone after the weekend and went back. I can't stand this "circus" anymore and I call the main office and find out what kind of bullying it is. And only then, after the conversation, the next evening, I received a text message and I finally picked up my phone. I'll never come here again.
