The laptop was needed urgently, so I agreed. They promised to do it quickly and call back the next day. Of course, I didn't wait for the call and called myself. They said that the courier would arrive in the evening and give everything back. My joy did not last long, because an hour later I received a call, where it turned out that this time the courier's car "broke down, there is no way to bring it home." I had to drive late at night again. On the spot, it turned out that the keys, which stuck after spilling, also stick. I didn't accept the job, returned the laptop and was told to wait again. They were supposed to be in working order the next day. What? That's right, no one called, only a day later a call came, it turns out that cleaning does not include cleaning the keys, this is a separate job that costs another 150 rubles from above. I agreed, as I repeat, I urgently need a laptop for work. After clarifying by phone how soon the laptop would be ready, the consultant said "hang on a bit, I'll check with the master now", after which I forgot to turn off the microphone and I heard this conversation "Vova, when will this finished MacBook be ready?" "I don't know, I need to look at all the keys, if nothing breaks on the way, then it will be there by evening." I immediately said that I had heard everything when the consultant returned. When asked about the recording of the conversation, I was told that it was not being conducted, although at the beginning of the call it was reported that a recording was in progress. Shocked by everything, I said that I was waiting for a laptop. How long did the 150p job take, what do you think? That's right, literally an hour and a half later they called me back and said that the laptop had already been handed over to the courier and there was no guarantee for it. Draw your own conclusions from this situation, but I will never contact this company again!
