I gave the phone to replace the display. The glass was broken a little, but they told me to change the display, because the phone is frameless, the glass is not changed separately. It is worth noting that I walked with a broken glass for two weeks, used it normally, there were no other defects... They changed my display in Corona City, I paid 180 rubles. But I still couldn't use the phone... When calling, it just turned off... A minute of conversation, two, turns off when 10 seconds ... brought back. And then the most interesting thing began... For a week they searched for the cause of the breakdown, then they said that the defective display was still going to be changed again, and the next day they already say that it's not about the display, it needs to be flashed. I asked to give money to me for the display, but I was told that it was not a warranty case, because the display is working. And the fact that the phone does not work after their repair is not their problem, but mine.. Like, the master couldn't spoil anything. As a result, I was left without a phone and without money ...
For the sake of interest, I called other services (in 3), explained the situation, to which they all replied that if the phone was working before replacing the display, most likely the wizard messed up when replacing the display, touched the board. Unfortunately, I can't prove anything, because when accepting the receipt, they write "accepted without a full functional check", and who would have thought that I would have to prove that I spoke normally on the phone?
It's just a disgusting attitude, I don't advise it if they can't even replace the display.
If suddenly the comrades from the e -group decide to respond, then my order number is k9343/1. Although there is essentially nothing to answer. Unscrupulous!

This is the worst service center that can only be found in Minsk. We handed over a macbook for cleaning and repairing the connector. They promised to do everything in a short time and inform us the next day. We talked to the center's specialist by phone only 4 days later and then only after our call, we were informed that the MacBook had been cleaned, but in order for the CONNECTOR to work, we still need to pay 320 rubles to replace the controller, we refused.
It was also difficult to get through to pick up the laptop, the phone number was constantly unavailable, we were already stressed that we would not take the gadget back at all.
After taking the laptop a week later and barely TEARING off your sticker, which no one asked you to glue, it turned out that the CONNECTOR works. It turns out that the usual cleaning of the laptop helped, but they just wanted to take 320 rubles from us into their pocket. We are just shocked, we will never recommend this center!!!!! If you do not want to be deceived and lose your equipment, never contact this center!!!!!!!

I do not recommend it! We have contacted this place twice. And twice one is treated, and the other is mutilated!!! The first time it was necessary to fix the gap for charging a mobile phone. The connector was repaired, but then it was returned twice, because the speaker in the phone stopped working, and they could not fix it in any way. For the second time, we believed the good reviews (lies!!!!). It was necessary to replace the laptop keyboard. It was replaced, but the touchpad stopped working, it just wouldn't press. After repeated treatment, they said that the problem was in the battery. But for some reason, after the initial diagnosis, when the master called back and asked which of the identified problems needed to be fixed, they did not say anything about the battery. As a result, they returned it, the touchpad is already working, but the case was not completely closed. And today, two days later it turned out (the laptop is working, the sound was not checked immediately), and the speaker in the laptop does not work!!! Terrible quality of work!!!

We contacted this organization twice and were disappointed twice. For the first time they applied to replace the battery in the tablet, the master assured that it would be enough to do something with the existing battery, however, a month later the charge did not hold, as a result of which they still had to change the battery and pay the full cost again. We applied for a second time to replace the phone screen. After 2 months, water got under the screen, due to the leaky glued screen. That is, if the screen had been glued qualitatively, the water would not have got in, however, warranty repairs were refused, due to moisture ingress. I would like to emphasize once again that the water got into exactly the place where there is a gap between the screen and the phone case.

I contacted the service center located in Green City on 15.11 to install a protective film on the apple watch. That same evening, I discovered that the film began to peel off on the edge of the watch , and two days later, blisters began to appear on the surface. 17.11. I applied again for a refund for the poorly rendered service, which was refused to me. The master referred to the fact that there is no guarantee for the protective film, which I should have been warned about before providing the service - unfortunately, I was not warned about this, as it turned out later because an intern worked. Refunds for the service cannot be made. Alternatively, they can provide a new discounted protective film sticker service. This option did not suit me, because I already know what their film looks like. They offered to contact me using a single company number, but I was not offered any other options for resolving my situation. As a result, I had to remove the film, because visually it looked terrible with bubbles, a horizontal strip on the entire screen (which I was told would disappear in a couple of days)and a peeled-off corner, 25 rubles wasted and a loss of time to try to return. I contacted this company more than once and was satisfied with their services early, I am very sorry that in this situation they did not go to a meeting with me, because I believe that the service was provided in bad faith. Unfortunately, the company's customer orientation does not hold up.

The horror!!!! I advise you to avoid this organization!!!! We gave the phone for repair, there was a problem with the battery and charging. They said it would be ready tomorrow, they came to pick it up, they told us that there was something with a fee in the phone (probably), but they were not sure, we still need to look, but the repair amount would increase. As a result, they called two days later and said that the phone was ready. They took it away.... And then a new breakdown - something happened to the speaker, they gave it back. The next day we got a call and were told that replacing the speaker costs more money. They don't care that everything was fine with the speaker initially (during the initial treatment). We decided to start with a review, then continue in consumer protection. The review was written in order to be less deceived by the company of E-groups!!!

As a result, the phone worked for a week. They brought it back , they asked us again for money for diagnostics and said that they did not give any guarantees . But he could not explain which manufacturer and for what price the components would be installed. He said I don't know. What the supplier brings, they will install.
We refused to repair this service. They took 35 rubles for the diagnosis. The act says: diagnosis. There is no specification of which problems were identified during the diagnosis.
