I really want to share my opinion about this studio.On 02/14/2024, I installed implants from Mikhail Vladimirovich.The doctor is really wonderful, there are no questions about the installation.It's too early to judge the rest.That was the end of all the good things, when making an appointment for dental treatment, they conduct a consultation and offer an appointment for treatment in three months, not earlier, you will save the tooth during this time, well, no, you will go for removal or a crown at best.When I refused a temporary crown, the doctor began to express his dissatisfaction without hesitation in my presence, I understand that a private clinic is a business, but not that much.After that, I turned to the supervisor, as this situation was not pleasant to me, she calmly listened to me, apologized and offered a free dental cleaning as an apology.After brushing my teeth, the administrator issues me an invoice in the amount of 6850 rubles.I'm paying for everything, but the fact itself angered me, I didn't ask for such an apology, thank you very much.I apply for a tax deduction certificate, the administrator assures me that the deduction for implants is fixed and they can only issue such documents.I had to go to another clinic to clarify the information, where I was told that implantation is an expensive treatment and it is not included in the fixed tax deduction, it is 13% of any cost.I had to contact the supervisor again, the conversation was not as pleasant as the first time, they did me a favor and hung up on me.And finally, I make an appointment in advance, as expected, with an orthopedist, I call back today to reschedule the appointment as early as possible, and in response the administrator replies that there will be no appointment, as the doctor is leaving for training and suggests rescheduling the appointment for another month.Question:why doesn't the administrator warn you about this in advance so that the person can make their plans for rescheduling the time and date?From the above, I have a huge request to the management of this studio, please put yourself in order and start hearing and respecting the opinions of patients.You have wonderful specialists working for you, but after such an attitude, there is no desire to contact you and recommend you to anyone.Thanks!

He's a young surgeon, but it feels like he's been in the profession for 50 years. Attentive, friendly, smiling, and explains what he is doing at every stage. It's important to me, it makes me feel better.
