We stayed at Juliet's, the guest house, we were in September, we really liked it, hospitable, welcoming people, excellent rooms, cozy, clean, everything is available for comfort, not expensive, the sea is nearby, right there is a shop where you can buy everything you need, we were very satisfied with the rest!!!pls to everything, they meet the guests themselves, transport them across the border, and also back, without unnecessary delays and standing at the border, the payment is very small, I recommend it to everyone, I am grateful to them for their hospitality and cordial, I advise everyone to stop and relax at Juliet's house

We did not book in advance, we arrived and chose the guest house visually. I immediately liked the clean and tidy yard. Then we looked at the numbers. Again, everything is very clean and tidy, the repair is fresh. We lived for 7 days. It was always quiet and peaceful. The hosts are friendly. There is a shop at the guest house with all the necessary products. Also very clean and tidy. 8 minutes to the sea, at a leisurely pace. The sea is clear. Thanks from the guests from Ufa.

We rented a room for five people. Everything is as in the photo. The hosts are good-natured, hospitable. The store is nearby. One minus is a little far from the sea. And I highly recommend it.

That's the end of our vacation in Abkhazia, I would like to express my gratitude to Alena and the whole Zakaryan family, they took us into their guest house as close people, met us from the train station, showed us everything and told us where to eat delicious food, where to go for a walk and what to see. Special thanks to Alena's husband, Kapo, who took us on excursions all over the country, in complete comfort and without crowds of tourists, with stops where we need to, and also thanks to him we managed to see a lot in a short period of time. Abkhazia is an amazing country with kind and hospitable people.😊

The hosts are not very hospitable and there was a feeling that we constantly owe them something. The rooms are in order, cozy — this actually pleased me. It was upsetting that the children were torturing little kittens, and no one cared about it. To which the child's mother said, "she can strangle him," conclusions were drawn. The beach is a bit far, but it's not bad.
If it's all the same for others, it will go.
This is not the first time in Abkhazia and I always wanted to return, but this time.. this desire has disappeared.

Our room!!! We really liked it!!! Maybe this will be good advice for someone- please note that the hallway is located far from the beds (above the closet)- this is a huge fat plus!!!!!! It does not blow directly on a person, which eliminates hypothermia and illness!!!! More advantages:
- that the room on the second floor is bright, beautiful mountain view!!!
-on-site shop with everything you need
-very friendly hosts (calm, no complaints)
- In Alakhadze, the locals are very kind (unlike Pitsunda)
-in Alakhadze there is a very cool dining room "gourmet's dream" go once, you will not eat anywhere else except at their place!!!!delicious, clean, a separate respect to the staff of the dining room!!!!!It
's a place you always want to return to.

If something happens to you, unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will not be returned to you.The reservation was canceled 3 months before our arrival, the owners did not even try to hand over the rooms for 3 months (it is elementary to post a post in the VK group).The money was not returned allegedly for a simple room. And there is another point, in their VK group you will not see negative reviews, they are just constantly being deleted.
For the truth about them, I was blacklisted by the group.

Not a hotel, but a shelter!!! The owners *** are still looking for such! When they booked, they made an advance payment of 2000 rubles. upon arrival, it turns out that the prepayment is not included in the booking price, although this was discussed and confirmed by the hostess Alyona herself. The beds are creaky, everything is so shabby that we decided to change the place of rest. The photo of the rooms and in fact does not correspond to reality at all. We spent the night for 3,500 rubles, 2000 was our prepayment and 1,500 more were shaken off from us during the night. Of course, I understand that life is bad without a sucker, but not to the same extent? Ah, Alyona? After such things, I don't want to come to Abkhazia!

I advise you to give up here, moreover, the village is very conveniently located between Petsunda and Gagra, but you can not comment on the sea, you will be satisfied with your vacation!

We had a vacation with our family in July-August 2018. We found this house via the Internet. We read the reviews and everything was so well written that I couldn't even believe it. But when they arrived and saw with their own eyes, they realized that this is exactly the case when everything is written correctly in the reviews! I liked everything very much. The hosts are very responsive, even very! The room was 2 rooms. Everything is clean!!! I recommend. If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday, then you can't find a better place. There is ALWAYS water. Sometimes the lights were turned off for 10 minutes, but this is not critical.
MANY THANKS to the owners of the house Ruslan and Juliet for their warm welcome. We really rested at home. Special greetings from the youngest son of Grigory to the kittens Murzik and Tyson. And of course the neighbor's dog Jack. Good luck and prosperity to this house and its owners!!!
