We returned from a trip to Kwai. The tour program is excellent. I definitely recommend it. But definitely not with the guide Tatiana. Ask the agency who will accompany you. A lot depends on the guide. We were unlucky. Tatiana is an excellent salesman, but not a tour guide. A lot of time was spent talking about what to buy (goods in stores as part of the tour). In all details, with examples of themselves, relatives and just tourists who have been cured of psoriasis, hemorrhoids, etc. And the next day, for more than an hour in the store where you could buy it. The prices in the store are too high. See the photo. The tool costs 200 baht in the store to which she brought us in the shops, it costs 45 baht. On the first day, the guide was only passionate about advertising an incredible massage at the Sweet Garden Hotel on the River Kwai and medicines for everything in the world. Massage 2 hours for 600 baht at the hotel. The quality turned out to be like on the streets of Pattaya. And unsanitary conditions like in cheap salons on the street. See the photo. Horror. It is dark, cold from the river, everyone is lying on the floor, the masseur does not even wash his hands after the client. But the main thing on the bus was to collect money and promote it. And spend a lot of time on it. On the second day, advertising paid elephant riding was Tatiana's biggest task. This is not a guide - this is a dealer. And her constant conversations about what is more important in life is spiritual, not material, are not about her in any way. We asked for two days to reduce advertising of goods and services, and to devote more time directly to stories about the country, features, and so on. But she reacted aggressively to requests and continued to lead the tour in her own way. Her main job is an excursion program, not the sale of services and goods! But as a guide, she is very weak, the stories are not consistent, she gets confused with dates and facts. She gave me a minimum of information in two days. As a conclusion, if you go with this company, then not with the guide Tatiana. We waited at the hotel reception for 25 minutes to be picked up. The company didn't even warn that they were late. And the guide too. The bus was a big double-decker, the speed was slow, there were a lot of people. People were sitting at a table on the ground floor and could not see anything through the windows because of the bus itself. And in the back of the bus on the top floor as well. People were unhappy.
We have read the reviews about Jim Travel , but in fact we are very disappointed. Of course, we will go on the next tour with another company. Moreover, Tatiana created a group in Whatsapp and Telegram and continued her advertising activities there. It's just an outrage. Look at the photo. Well, we didn't have a shopping tour at the end of the day!

The excursions are the same as in other companies. The bus was uncomfortable, there were no windows on the ground floor and the seats did not fold out. The guide Tatiana is not very pleasant, she did not tell much useful information, she focuses more on shopping and what is more expensive, especially cosmetics at the hotel on the river Kwai. Therefore, if you go with this company, then ask not with Tatiana.
