The warranty engineer indicated mechanical damage without even going to the car, was not aware of the issue, just filled out the documents as he wanted. Maintenance is not carried out according to the regulations, the points are filled out from the dummy.
Don't even expect any inspections, participation in the client's problem, or reactions to adequate arguments.
There is almost no queue for that, they did the second one on the cooler in 2.2 hours, even washed the car and the driver's mat, blackened the rubber and foliage, the car began to look different, a trifle but nice. There is enough space in the waiting room, but there is nothing to eat on the menu in the cafe. Please add at least some sandwiches. In general, I was satisfied and the price is super. I recommend.

In general...I can't say anything bad, it seemed to me that it was at least 4.5 years old. Of course, parking is too small, a lot of cars are occupied by a trade in, you can organize a trade in another place, because there is no place for the client to put a car.
I was doing something to the car. Elena, the service manager, was completely unfriendly, answered with a dissatisfied face, could not orient herself on the issues of interest. The car didn't even have a technical wash. And in general, there is no certainty that the car was serviced according to the regulations
By appointment, I came to replace the oil in the Jili Atlas engine about 2024.I warned that I wanted to pour Shell Helix Ultra 5w-40 oil prescribed in the manual. Upon arrival, I had to prove that the manufacturer himself recommends filling it, showing a photo of page 243 of the instruction manual. As a result, they did not have such oil available. Bravo, half a day has been wasted. Failure.
