Hello, I want to leave my feedback about the JETAVTO company, where I
repaired a Volkswagen Jetta imported from America. I immediately discussed the issue of spare parts, we agreed that STO would find and purchase all the necessary spare parts on its own, the repair period was approximately two months.
A month later, I called and asked what was done, what spare parts were bought, at what price.
To which I received the answer that there are no spare parts yet, we do not know the prices for spare parts, two suppliers deceived us and did not bring anything, they have now ordered from a third, but we will tell the price when the spare parts arrive to us. What I want to say is that Boris "he's in charge there" is unfairly fulfilling his duties.
Result. The car was repaired for about three and a half months, I took the car a little unfinished, some spare parts were never bought, the bumper amplifier was not installed from this model, the radiators "oj and kondeya" were fixed on plastic ties, no receipt was provided for any spare part.
Absolutely irresponsible people.
I do NOT recommend this service station to anyone.
