My time has come, I'm waiting for another 10 minutes, and the master is just starting to wash the hair of the client he was engaged in. To my question, maybe a second barber will cut my hair, I was told that he is on lease, so there is no xD, And I'm sorry, what difference does it make to me if it doesn't matter to me and you can't meet the promised deadlines? No one warned about the delay, no one apologized, it's like everyday here. And by the way, I was late to another place because of this delay.

The haircut was sooooooooo long and tedious. I cut it to a strong C-plus. Even my wife asked me why I got a haircut at the barbershop.

I signed up for a haircut online. I came with a small margin. The master was still busy. I had to wait more than 10 minutes.

The master said that it needs to be cut here. And he took up the scissors. And he removed all the hair from behind. Exactly what I wanted to leave. Without asking, at your discretion. At the same time, I just trimmed it from above.
And now that it has been growing for almost nine months, it needs to be grown again. On top of the hair that does not fit in any way.
As a result, there is no long hair. Being in shock, I paid more money for it. And now you need to go to another barbershop and get a haircut again.
I went to them a day later to make a claim. They told the administrator there is no master that there are no haircuts, write your number on a napkin!!! And you will get a call back, even on the same day. But almost a day has passed and no one has called.

I visited Master Yang. It was my worst trip to the hairdresser in my entire life.
I asked for a short haircut for the summer that does not need to be styled. At first, Master Yang created a cap of hair on my head with bangs in front and wondered why I didn't like it. Then I took the typewriter and just took everything off under one nozzle. A short conversation with the manager did not lead to anything.
The master himself justified himself by saying that I just don't want to pay and I have to dictate how to shoot and where to shoot every millimeter of hair) I paid and left.
The quality of the haircut was also at a low level (I asked to remove the sides and back of the head with an electric razor - ignored), in the city of beauty a couple of years ago, they cut my hair better by 7 rubles.
About six months ago, I got a haircut from a girl and it was super, I hoped to repeat it today. Unfortunately, this girl no longer works here.
I have no doubt that the other craftsmen here are excellent, because I have seen how others are cut in this place and hoped that I would be cut as well.
It's a pity, on the one hand, the place seems to be quite good and I would still get a haircut here, but a meeting with this, if I may say so, "master" and a manager who does not care about customer problems left an unpleasant aftertaste.
