Good afternoon!
The hotel itself is decent, the rooms are old but clean and well-maintained, the location to the beach is ideal, a beautiful reef, a sunken ship with a variety of fish, a well-maintained territory, 5+
The service in the restaurant is perfect, everyone is always friendly, the food is fresh, everything is in abundance (beef, chicken, fish, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, pastries), the food at the beach bars (salads, pasta, pizza, burgers), the service at the bars is always perfect. For this, too, 5+
Separately, I would like to mention the restaurant manager from the sherouk bar, always everything is under control, always courteous and attentive to everyone, a person loves and appreciates his work! 5+++
Mohamed and his brother at the sherouk bar are always quick to serve, friendly and attentive, there are always not many people in this bar, so he was his favorite bar throughout the 5+ days
Room service, towel change 5+ (Sam cleaned our place)
Gym, and a working coach in it, will train you from the heart 5+++
The reception is always friendly, there are 2 girl translators, Yana and Julia. I would like to describe in more detail about these two ladies. As for Yana, the employee is client-oriented, polite, attentive, always solves your questions to the end and deserves a double bonus at the end of October 100%
As for Yulia, she is not a competent person, she came with a dissatisfied face, this is disrespectful to tourists, without solving our question, she turned around and left with a dissatisfied face! Russian Russian is very difficult, not all the reception staff can understand what Russian wants, and there are translators on staff for this! We were just shocked when we couldn't explain it to the reception staff, because Russian is very difficult, not all reception staff can understand what Russian wants! 3 stars is purely due to communication on the last day of your stay with Julia, in less than 1 minute, the person ruined all the good impression in 10 days! Even the receptionist himself was surprised when Julia turned around and left!
Thanks to Yana for meeting at the exit, and trying to somehow solve this problem, but the management should know who gets paid and for what, and there are no irreplaceable people! the desire was to put 1 star because of this employee!
Hookahs cost $ 10, do not take them. They are clogged terribly, the tobacco is not very good 🫢
There is a pharmacy outside the hotel, if you exit jaz park and turn left, and walk for 5 minutes, there are 2 pharmacies on the side of the hotel and on the fire protection.
For fans of black tea, you can buy delicious tea, but in the store there is a fixed price - mango, it costs $ 1 in the subway, at the pharmacy market, they sell $ 2- $ 3 beauties😁🤌
We had a rest in the period from September 13 to 19 at the Jaz Mirabel Park Hotel
The hotel is clean, the territory is well maintained, green. The service staff always tries to help solve problems. The restaurant is pleasant, the food is varied.
For kitesurfing, they chose a station at the nearby Regency Hotel, where there is a lifeguard and very friendly beachboys.
Unfortunately, we never swam from the pier of the Jaz hotel during the entire vacation due to unfavorable weather conditions, but these are the peculiarities of this region.
On the downside: in recent days, I often had to change the room key cards, they demagnetized very quickly.
Overall, a great place to relax. We hope to come back again!
The hotel is not new, but it is very clean. The rooms are well cleaned, there are always clean towels and fresh water. Nice territory, clean pools. Nice sandy beach! The reception is quick-response, everyone is friendly. The guys at the bar are friendly, but not to everyone, there are no cocktail glasses for Russians, a glass, please)). More about the bad stuff! Perhaps the tourist is not to blame for this, but the attitude towards Russians is so-so, namely: in the restaurant and at the evening table during the animation, no one will go to you to offer drinks, but they run to other guests losing makasins.…
It doesn't teach them the time when there were no tourists from Russia for 4 years and they were dying.
