We were at this hotel in early June.
We really liked everything. Polite staff, cleanliness in the rooms and well-maintained territory. A great beach with its own reef. The food is delicious and varied. The animation is great. Our 4-year-old boy really liked the children's club, where the wonderful animator Zhenya worked. She's great, she finds an approach to every child. Big greetings to my wife. Especially from Roma. Everything in this hotel is perfect. Let's come back here again!!! We recommend it !!! 👍

I had a rest this year, the last time I went to Egypt in 2006, the hotel is 30 km from the airport and, I think, 5-6 kilometers from the highway, it's far for me, we left the airport last of those who arrived on our plane, the issue of leaving Hurghada with the police was solved for a long time, slowly, with stretching, as a result, the trip it took not 30-40 minutes, but 1.5 hours with arrivals at other hotels, arrived at 2 a.m. at the hotel, checked in quickly, there was a sausage dinner on the table (in Egypt I don't eat it like paper), cheese, fruit, water in the refrigerator.
There's someone else's hair on the bathroom wall, the light is very dim (you won't have to read it), otherwise it's good.
The food has been good all this time:breakfast, lunch, dinner. Drinks on the beach from 10:00, but you come to the beach after breakfast and beach bartenders serve drinks, the staff practically does not know Russian, there is no desire to learn it, the hotel is for foreigners (Germans, Dutch, Slovaks, French, Spaniards, Italians, a lot of Ukrainians), there are also enough locals.
There is no animation, there are a lot of screaming children, in the bar they start cooking pizza right before lunch, when it is no longer really needed.
The equipment on the beach, the shower, it's all fine.
The sea is fabulous, there are corals to which you need to swim 50 meters and an aquarium under your feet, but there are also berths, so there is a film of oil on the surface of the water. The hotel is in a bay, but there is wind, because the place is in the desert (there are no mountains).
I think tips for beach bartenders somehow don't matter, or maybe the size, because I tipped, so on the second day he passed me with drinks, you could, of course, shout at him, but learn English, just "hey", I think it's not decent.
The room was cleaned normally: a fresh towel, a change of beach clothes, toilet paper, water.
I hate figures from my clean towel, I said, I didn't understand, I did something new every day, I didn't use it. In general, I went alone, I was silent for 8 days, I was glad to return home.

A wonderful hotel! We had a rest with two families, with children.
We arrived early in the morning, settled us ahead of time) for which many thanks to the staff)
The animation is beyond praise! The guys are incredible)) Special thanks to Lera and warm greetings! Thanks to Nastya that the children were always busy) I will definitely return to this hotel!!! The staff and animators are great!
I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!)
