This is the best five-star hotel I've been to. Everything is at the highest level: room, territory, food, service, Wi-Fi, quality of service.
We spent 8 days with my mom in March, enjoyed it and didn't want to leave. The staff always helps, clarifies, suggests. An island of Paradise on earth. Stunning beach and entrance to the sea: clean, sandy, incredibly beautiful sea.

Hello everyone I didn't want to write a review, but after today's news (03/27/25) about the tragedy with the bathyscaphe, which sank with 45 tourists ! I decided to write !!
There are no special complaints about the hotel itself , in small things : no spoon ( for shoes ) since you often change into sneakers in the evening
The food is like in a cheap canteen in Moscow
It 's fast to learn , but there 's always plenty to choose from ..
The animation is monotonous, the live music is not impressive at all (
There is no disco at all! ( unless you're going somewhere with the animation guys, they sort of organize it )
The most BOUNDLESS thing is Excursions !!!
Pure divorce for money!!!

We sat all day and watched how the " brave, drunken " dived into the depths and " flew " on pills!!
From the DAY from 7 a.m. to -20:00, we only went down for 20 minutes to look at the coral and fish ( by the way , there were 2-3 species ) It was mostly blurred and nothing was visible !
And the "island " that he advertised to us, supposedly there you can not see fish at depth, just covered with squeaks and fenced with boards .. the canopy was made of such wood and under it ... Voila ... the dead , smelly poufs , it was scary to lie down on them , to be honest
As a result, the child was in a gloomy mood all day in the heat . 😖
They gave me an hour to buy , sunbathe , and drove back 👍
The Sofari tour can be recommended, but the attitude of the organizers themselves is disgusting, rude, shouting..

0The couple died in May 2024.I liked everything very much, we took a ticket for August 2025, back for 15 days.The attitude of the staff towards the vacationers is at the highest level and it all starts with the reception.I used to relax at the nearby Meridian Hotel, then it was renamed Tia Hai, but it cannot be compared with the Jazz Makadin Hotel in terms of recreation organization.See you!
