We had a vacation in September 2024 with a family with a 3-year-old child, we liked everything. The room was on the 1st floor with access through a glass door to the territory, which is very convenient. The windows and door overlooked the relaxation pool area. The hotel is mainly for Europeans and Arabs, there are few Russians. The food is excellent, everything is included. However, in mango season it was not given at all. The territory of the hotel with designer landscaping, very beautiful, lots of greenery. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, and a free bus goes to the water park and to the beach, I recommend visiting every hour

In general, the hotel is not bad, the rooms are simple but neat, clean, large, with their own kitchen.
The food is good, varied, there is always different meat, there is always fish, but fish of only one kind is served, seafood lovers will not find anything here.
Lots of fruits.
Very well maintained and large, green area, very beautifully blooming trees.
It is a 15-minute walk to the beach, generally not energy-consuming. But there is also a bus to the beach every hour. Also, every hour the bus takes you to the water park, the water park is unlimited, very cool.
The sea is good.
There are several ala-kart restaurants, we went to the grill, very large portions and delicious.
Many employees understand Russian, so it was very easy to speak.
Of the cons: lack of music (maybe this is a plus for someone) - very quiet, I heard music by the pool once, and it was turned off quickly, there is not enough noise, movement to feel at the resort, there is more silence and tranquility all two weeks.
Alcohol is served only beer and wine. If you want a cocktail, it's only by the pool during the day.
The TV and safe did not work in our room, we contacted the reception more than once, the TV was fixed only two days later (although they promised every time that within 10 minutes), and no one came to open the safe to us.
No slippers, no bathrobes.
The beach is the same for all hotels, but the places are delimited, if you suddenly use a sunbed that is reserved for another hotel, you will be turned away. At the same time, the entrance to the sea is not the same for each hotel - someone will be unlucky and the bathing place will be fenced off due to the presence of corals.

An ambivalent impression. Briefly. A small area. Two small pools. There are few people who, in my opinion, deserve it. The animation is modest, but every evening there was some kind of performance. Huge rooms by apartment type, two bathrooms, kitchen. The food was good. The price of the tour was lower than in the neighboring hotels.
The staff mostly does not speak Russian. But usually there was someone with whom you could somehow explain yourself. The translator is on the phone again. The locals are sloppy, you have to demand your own if something is wrong. But I think it's the same everywhere.
The beach is nice, shared with several other hotels. A minibus runs to it several times a day, but it's not a problem to walk either. There are always free places on the beach. An interesting reef with fish. You can also go to the water park at least every day, if you want.
Our Internet connection was intermittent. The network is common to all hotels of the Jazz family, so as luck would have it, this is not a feature of this particular hotel. When we left, wifi access points were installed on the beach, so now there is probably Internet there too.
In general, we were satisfied. Something is better than with neighboring hotels, something is worse, but nothing critical. We can go now.
