The first time I gave the phone here for repair, they promised that they would make a diagnosis in a couple of days and when the reason becomes known, they will call and we will agree on the price and only after that they will start repairs, initially they only said about the price for diagnostics. A couple of days have passed, I decided to call them myself to get through there, I need to try very hard, the staff does not know anything about repairs, they redirect to another workshop. So, a week later they call me and tell me the price, which I do not agree with, I wanted to refuse, but they told me that the master had already started repairs for a couple of days. I called the master who was repairing, explained the situation, he said that he would arrange with the management to charge the cost only for the work of the master, and thank you for that. I came to pick it up, everything seems to be working, they gave a 2-month warranty. After a month and a half, the same malfunction, I bring it under warranty, I give the phone back. After three weeks of calls, they told me that they could not fix it and gave the phone to the workshop with which they cooperate, and named the price as much as I paid the first time (I remind you that I gave the phone under WARRANTY with the SAME MALFUNCTION). They did, took the phone, gave a guarantee not for two months like last time, but for a month. A month later, the same breakdown occurred. Don't set foot here anymore. PLEASE do not give them your phone for repair if there is any serious damage. The most that they can do well is to stick a protective glass.

There is zero service. You will call and write out in all messengers, ignore it completely!
They gave away an iPhone with a broken screen and faulty charging, the device returned with all the insides replaced with Chinese parts and a constant reboot! We tried to sell a phone with these problems under the guise of a ready-repaired one for 3 weeks! Money for repairs is not returned, the phone is faulty, nerves are burned!
The only thing they do well is to change glasses and films qualitatively 😅
