Everything is great, sooo friendly staff, everything is there for a comfortable stay, 15-18 minutes walk to the sea. There is a cafe on site. The area is very beautiful and there is a swimming pool.

We had a rest in early July 2024. It's a nice, quiet place, Very beautiful territory, lots of greenery and flowers. A wonderful hotel team, huge respect for the administrator Julia, a very charming girl! the pool is nice, the rooms are cozy. It is a 20-minute walk to the sea. the nature is wonderful, the air is breathless, the sea is blue, warm and clean. the beach is wonderful, sandy, well-maintained, wild, good everywhere. The rooms are clean! A cool administrator who is there for everyone! I quickly solved questions and problems! I've always been in touch! The rest are rude and uncouth! The impression that we are attracted to them!They even greeted each other through their lips, and sometimes they turned away completely! There are no more advantages! There is no Playground, it is far from the sea, there is no transfer! The breakfasts are delicious, that is, I don't want to eat! It was a shame that my family was served burnt pies, and perfect ones at the next table and a double portion! (The man was alone) Children, they did not eat and remained hungry! I give 5 stars only for the super administrator. Otherwise it would be 3 stars!
And the dishes in the dining room need to be updated, there are a lot of chips!

A cozy, quiet hotel, ideal for lovers of relaxing holidays, including with children. Very beautiful territory, lots of flowers and trees, including lemons, tangerines, grapefruit and pamelo! An arch and a corridor of trees, gazebos... Perfect for beautiful photos! Extremely responsive, attentive, friendly staff. Clean rooms, cleaning, quick help with any problems. Convenient parking. Camera. Those without a car will be taken to the sea. But this is relevant only for families with young children, it takes about 15 minutes to walk, the road is easy and you don't get tired at all, along the way there are apple trees, camphor tree, other southern unidentified plants... The beach is sandy, very clean, clean, white sand. Very close to the Mocha beach on foot for beach lovers with service, there is even a luggage storage))). The hotel has good breakfasts, tea is freely available around the clock. You can order lunches and dinners, but this is the only weak point of the hotel: it is not close to any canteens and cafes, so please diversify the menu, make it more seasonal (cabbage salad is relevant in winter, and at the end of summer fresh greens and tomatoes). But everything is fresh, cooked to perfection. Overall, the impression is favorable. This is a place where you want to return and recommend to your friends. Have a good rest for everyone!

The impression remained twofold after 2 seasons. Both times at night, the staff had fun in the pool and did it very loudly. They prevented me from sleeping. Thanks for only doing it a couple of times a week. The staff seats the guests in the dining area, each room has its own table. Ours was at the edge both times and the sun was shining on it, including in the eyes. It is impossible to change seats. The staff lives and works there at the same time. That's why they feel at home. It feels like we've come to their personal home. Upon departure, Julia rudely counted out for the spoiled bed linen. A 5-year-old child stained it with a felt-tip pen. They billed for it and for the sake of interest, I took it home to wash it. Already yellowed, grayed with age and washing, the "white" bedding, which the staff gave out grudgingly at the entrance: it is only for an adult bed. And the children were laid with a prickly colored calico, on which they were uncomfortable. I asked for a replacement, the kids were whining. And at the check-out they explained why there was a colored calico. Children can spoil things. And as a result, the markers were washed at home. So, with children, you, the guests, are not expected there. And they save on bed linen in this hotel. They don't know what it is to wash a felt-tip pen or what white bedding is in this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is nice and the pool area is nice. That's all. I advise you to eat in cafes and restaurants, it is tastier and more interesting. (In the photo, my bed linen is homemade and the hotel, the difference is obvious). It's a shame to treat guests like that. Delicacy 0! They left in a bad mood because of some rags

A cozy, beautiful, small family retreat with a large cottage with rooms and a detached house for a family. The hotel itself is located in the mountains in the Sinop district, Sukhum. The territory is clean and well maintained, everything is covered with greenery and flowers, fruit trees and shrubs. There is a very decent swimming pool on site! And several gazebos in the shade. The rooms have the necessary minimum: refrigerator, kettle, tea, dishes, TV, towels, and small things.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation, it is delicious and homemade. Lunches and dinners can be ordered for an additional fee. There is very good homemade wine and Sukhumi beer. A small disadvantage in nutrition, there is not enough local flavor, which does not require large financial investments. In the morning, you can serve tea with, for example, fig jam or any other, there are not enough vegetables and fruits for lunch. It's cheap in season. I had to buy it myself. Although it is better to have a slightly more expensive lunch, but more filled. I suggest that the management think about it. By the way, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the sea, but there is a driver who takes everyone to the beach and back. Previously, you only need to agree on the time.
In general, the atmosphere and attitude in the hotel are good. You can safely come. The administrator is always in touch, he will tell you everything and help you.

A nice quiet location on the outskirts of Sukhumi near Sinop beach and the abandoned Kelasur/Kelasuri railway station. You can get from the city center by trolleybus No. 2, from the train station with a transfer, but we were met by a free shuttle service. Ideally, if car trips are planned to the eastern side of Abkhazia. A free parking lot that closes at night
Breakfast is quite late: from 9:00, but they came to meet us and served at 8:30. The Internet is so-so, best of all in a street gazebo

Very clean rooms and delicious breakfasts. The advantages end there. A very unfriendly administrator, Julia is able to be friendly only with a select few. It is very far from the sea (we walked for 35 minutes, because the gates were closed and it was impossible to drive the car out) There is a transfer service, but there is no driver all the time and I never had to watch him sleeping in the gazebo after a "rest" with the guests. The complete absence of dishes - you need to go and ask for each device.

A quiet place. Not counting the cicadas. The almost sandy beach (which is rare for the Abkhazian coast) is 900 meters away. The hotel has been operating since 2016. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is good, the food is delicious. There is a beautiful tropical garden and a small swimming pool on site. The attitude is individual in everything - like visiting friends. The cook cooks from the fish you caught in the ponds. Prices for accommodation and meals are not low, but acceptable. It is a pity that it is not possible to perceive a hotel and rest in isolation from the surrounding urban environment - there is ruin and garbage all around. For this, the assessment of holidays in Abkhazia in the vicinity of Sukhum cannot rise above "four".
