I'm vacationing here for the second summer in a row, a good apartment is not for all-inclusive lovers, a good location, almost on the beach, near the wonderful Konyaalti beach with a beautiful equipped promenade with many cafes, jogging and bike paths, within walking distance of supermarkets 101, shok and migros, McDonald's, burger King, several seafood restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the room has a toilet, a shower with a running water heater, a kitchen area with everything necessary for cooking, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. The room is cozy, there are no insects and unpleasant odors like tobacco or sewage. And the biggest plus of this hotel is its wonderful owners, may God grant them health and prosperity! They will help you with everything, they will meet you halfway, the hostess Lyudmila speaks Russian, it is possible to book a transfer to and from the airport, which is indispensable for night flights. I would also like to thank administrator Olga for her kindness, responsiveness and hard work!

A beautiful place by the sea. I lived for a month - it's happiness when the sea is nearby, you see and hear it. A cozy house, a small room with a kitchen, a shower. My room had a balcony. I heated it with air conditioning, sometimes I asked for a heater. January is one of the rainiest and coolest months, so I turned on the heating every day. Oranges and lemons grow under the window, I dreamed of living in such a climate in winter. There's a bus stop next to the apartment, but I haven't fully figured out the buses. It is better to walk 7 minutes a little further to the avenue, where there is more and more frequent traffic. It takes 30-40 minutes by bus and you are already in the center of Antalya in the old town. In general, you can live in the Konyaalti area and not go anywhere, everything you need is at hand. There are a lot of cafes nearby, but I have my own kitchen, I liked to cook myself more. Dishes, a refrigerator are all there, if you need something, you can ask the hostess, for example, she asked for a rug for the bed, a table lamp, a hair dryer. My room was perfect for one person. Shower with hot water. A small problem for me is the cold water in the faucet, it was difficult to get used to brushing my teeth and washing dishes only in cold water. I think it's easier in summer, because it's warmer, and colder in winter. If I had chosen a sunny room, it would probably have been warmer in it, but the balcony was important to me. Some rooms have a washing machine. If the room is cheaper, without a typewriter, then you can ask for money to wash it. The cars are shared on the ground floor. I am very glad that I got these cards for my first such experience. I am satisfied and grateful, in winter the price is absolutely adequate for such services.

My favorite Duran apartment! I lived for 3.5 months in a homely, warm atmosphere. Comfortable rooms, everything you need, a comfortable well-groomed territory, and the sea is only 2.5 minutes away, just a delight! Excellent apartment hotel. The most important thing is that Lyudmila, the Russian hostess, and Olga, her assistant, were there. She checked us in and always asked us if we liked everything and if we needed anything, then we should tell her. The sea is 2 minutes away! The view from our window was towards the mountains. Our room had everything you needed for self-cooking. We liked it.

Wonderful, super, with love and in a great mood I am writing this review. Returned from vacation. The hotel was chosen based on reviews, price, and a set of important points for our family. Everything turned out to be a wonderful puzzle. The sea is stunning, small pebbles mixed with sand, the water is clean, due to the pebbles. The beach is wide, it is municipal, umbrellas and sun beds are available for an additional fee, but we are experienced, we always carry thin towels and bedspreads with us. But it's not expensive to buy, and then leave it at the hotel, it's not a problem at all. As they say, it's a good omen that something is left, so we'll come back. This is instead of coins in the sea. When we studied the reviews , it was a couple of things that the hotel has a shower + toilet all together, and that is not very good. Yes, there is a place to be, I was also slightly confused, but....my God, it's not a problem, everything is done, it dries up quickly, the sea and nature and the weather and the place are so amazing, you stop paying attention to such things. You have to live in the moment, do everything with love and then it's all such little things and nonsense! We'll come back, we'll come back more than once. And I recommend it to everyone . 4 stars for audibility, but if you don't spend much time in the apartment, then it's a great option. The sea is really nearby. The beach is wide and sparsely populated. There are showers and changing rooms (free of charge). A beautiful promenade with lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, a jogging and bike path. There is a car rental in the street. We needed an inexpensive car. A young man called and a car was brought to us right at the address. The price is about the same as at the airport and there is no deposit. Duran Apart has a very convenient location on all sides. Separately, I would like to mention the hostess, Lyudmila. She is very friendly and helpful. I am ready to help everyone (you can even ask for salt)). Lyudmila can help with the transport card. Tell me where to buy meat and other products.. There is a terrace on the roof where you can roast meat. Duran Apart has a large selection of rooms. All photos from different sites correspond (the island offered the best price). Enjoy your stay!

A cozy family-run small apartment hotel 100 m from the beautiful Konyalti beach. We stopped twice, everything is great! The rooms are clean, cozy, comfortable at a very reasonable price! Very clean sea, nice beach, lots of cafes and shops nearby. You can get to the center by bus (stops nearby), or walk along the embankment along the sea, where wonderful views open up.
You can also cook in the room (as there is a stove and all necessary accessories). By the way, we were taken to the local market, where I bought a lot of delicious fruits and vegetables.
In general, it is very good here, I will definitely come again)
Come, you won't regret it! Only the warmest memories remain of this place, and at the same time sad ones (because I really want to come back here again and more than once)

I really liked to relax here - no one interferes, there is no noise, the owners are attentive and fair, they will always help and prompt, the prices are pleasant, the rooms are clean and comfortable, there is air conditioning, refrigerator, shower, closet, gas, dishes and other amenities. In general, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay and life. We had a rest from June 1 to June 8, 2024. I liked everything very much. The sea is nearby, the beach is excellent, there are few people. The room is clean, nice balcony. Kitchen corner, kettle, tile. You can cook by yourself. The air conditioner works perfectly, which is important! Unexpectedly, in early June it was above 40 ° C. The staff is friendly, quiet, no one bothers. There are many cafes and shops nearby. I recommend it to those who want to feel the real Turkey, and not hang out with their compatriots at the hotel. The hotel is just great! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. The sea is a 5—minute walk away - it's just a dream! Walking along the gorgeous promenade leaves only positive emotions. And if you want entertainment, an amusement park and a large shopping center are very close! 🎡🛍️

We had a rest at the apart-hotel in September of the 24th year. We took a standard room for 8 days, because we needed to economically spend this short period in Antalya. The hotel has three types of rooms economy, standard, comfort - choose what suits you best. Despite the rather simple appearance of the apartment hotel, the room stock is in very good condition: many rooms have recently been renovated, clean, and fresh bed linen has been laid. There is a gas stove, a large roomy refrigerator, a set of basic utensils, air conditioning. The bathroom is in good condition, the boiler works well, but there are no separate shower cabins. Stable WiFi throughout the hotel and in the rooms themselves. Electricity is paid separately upon departure from the room. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from Antalya's main promenade and beaches, numerous cafes, restaurants and shops (which is very convenient!). But the main "advantage" of this apartment hotel is its owner. She is a very pleasant, tactful, well-mannered and extremely responsive woman. All questions and requests were resolved online very efficiently and promptly! We are extremely personally grateful to Lyudmila for her help in all household matters and not only (!) and thank her for the quality time spent in comfort!

I had a vacation in January 2024, lived in Duran apart for a month in a single room in the second building on the second floor. It was comfortable to live, everything is in the room, a bed with a good mattress, a refrigerator, gas for cooking, all necessary utensils, there is an air conditioner that runs on heat. The hot water in the heater is only for the shower, there is no shower cabin, perhaps this will be a problem for someone. Electricity is paid separately, you take a picture of the meter on arrival and before departure. The sea is very close, 3 minutes walk. The hosts are very friendly and friendly, they respond very quickly to any request. There is a constantly working wifi. Nearby there are shops A101, Shok, on Wednesdays there is a bazaar, which can be reached on foot. I liked everything, I plan to come back here again....

There is a separate payment for electricity. The air conditioner consumes a lot of electricity and electricity is not cheap in Turkey...

THE BEST PRICE/QUALITY RATIO
I have been living in Antalya for a year now, so there is something to compare it with.
What advantages have I noted for myself.

9. There are a lot of places to eat and walk nearby. I don't spend money on transportation here at all. This is really the best location.
10. Within a radius of 7-10 minutes on foot there are 3 shops with the best prices (Sok, Bim and A 101). You can also walk to Migros and Carrefour in 10-12 minutes
11. Excellent Wi-Fi, and in the rooms at PM
12. Terrace for work and leisure with Wi-Fi, sockets and sea views.
13. Responsive owners and staff (almost all Russian speakers). No request has ever been refused. They even help with currency exchange (more profitable than in the nearest exchanger) and SIM cards.

Well, for me personally, this is the absence of a shower cabin as such, keep that in mind. Just a drain in the floor and a small bathroom . At first it was very unusual, but then I somehow adapted. You can see it in the photo in the description of the hotel.
I didn't notice anything else critical that would overshadow my vacation.
Friends, this is a great option for price = quality. You feel at home. For the same money, I've never seen anything better in Konyaalti. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

You can run more often and enjoy some water)) But I would especially like to note the cleanliness of the rooms. I am very happy with my stay in these apartments. I met Lyudmila (the hotel manager) through chat in WhatsApp directly, you can get her number on the hotel's website. Very friendly approach to vacationers). The transfer from the airport is organized clearly, carefully, since I indicated the wrong terminal, the driver found me from a photo in another terminal) for which I am very grateful) . Lyudmila made sure that on the morning of my arrival I had a local SIM card (for rent), had cash (exchange at the current exchange rate), since I am from Russia, and drinking water. There are two grocery stores within a seven-minute walk, budget enough for Antalya. The staff's response to all my requests on domestic issues is fast. The room was carefully cleaned, the air conditioner worked perfectly. After a few days of staying, I got the impression that I was at home. Although the Duran Hotel is a short walk from the city beach, there is always a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. In the morning, the neighbor's chickens cackle, and pomegranate fruits hang outside the window. The room completely corresponded to the photo on the website. After getting to know other guests, I noticed that many people are vacationing in Antalya in Duran apartment not for the first time. It was very difficult to find a two-room apartment for a short period of time and at an adequate price and with a good location. This option is a combo! All the points have come together. In general, decent apartments, most of the guests are Russian-speaking, the hotel is suitable for a budget holiday, the rooms are clean, there is air conditioning, a stove (1 comfort plate), a refrigerator, a minimum set for cooking and dishes.

I highly recommend it.!!!We lived with our family in the hotel in winter from December to March 2024. I really liked the hotel. It is located in a beautiful and convenient location. The beach is across the street, the shore and the sea are clean. To meet the sunrises right from the bed, looking out the window) I'm going to miss this place. Our room was two-room with a large refrigerator, washing machine, kitchenette. with a sea view. We stayed here for 13 days . The price and quality fully met our expectations.We were warmly welcomed from the airport , given the local taxi prices , we found ourselves in an advantageous position . Sincere people, this is not the first time we visit this boarding house, and the owners always help, and the guests are always adequate. We went with our granddaughter, she found girlfriends there, even Ali (the owner) found toys for them I wrote through the sites and asked them questions, they always answered. The rooms are clean, we had a sea view, we like to go out on the terrace and drink tea with a view of the mountains and the sea. We rented a car and drove to the most beautiful places!

That's the end of our vacation in Duran Apart...
We rested here for 11 days in late September- early October. Back in Russia, we agreed with Lyudmila about the transfer, it turned out to be cheaper than all other offers, $ 25. We arrived in Antalya, we were met without delay, Lyudmila settled in ahead of time, without requiring an additional payment for early check-in)Yes, you can get there on your own, with transfers, cheaper, but believe me, after flights, in the heat, it's not easy.
The apartment is located almost next to the sea, the most beautiful, cleanest, awesome! And this is the most budget option to live by the sea!!!
In the household plan, you can adapt, there is a gas stove, a large refrigerator, a water heater (and, therefore, always hot water in the shower), a large refrigerator, a pot, a frying pan, a kettle, cutlery, dishes, which you can not ask Lyudmila, nor I have never refused. There is a washing machine, not all rooms have a TV, so it is better to discuss everything with Lyudmila in advance, via Whatsapp. Washing, by the way, costs 60 lire in total. The shower is next to the toilet, yes, but all the photos are on the site, you can wash while sitting, we were ready for this.
Yes, everything is economical, but EVERYTHING necessary for life is there! And I don't understand the negative reviews, honestly. For such a price, living near the best beach is just a gift! The hostess Lyudmila is a wonderful person, always goes forward, tries to solve problems.
Who is used to all inclusive, to maximum comfort, you probably are not here.
Shopping - 5-7 minutes along Belediye street - and 2 economy markets A101 and Shock, away from Shock there is a bakery (burek, simity, buns - prices are normal. Migros (small) is a little further away, on the other side. In half an hour we reached 5M Migros. Bus 76a runs along Belediya, to the center, to Kaleichi, Mark Antalya shopping center, see Google routes. But you need an Antalya card for travel, or any Visa. The machine ate 100 lira from me, but did not give me a card (look with the translator, who is for the first time, you do not need to replenish, but buy) I made an Ininal card, paid her on the Bus
By the way, WiFi in the apartment is very good.

Located 2 minutes from the beach, literally cross the street. The rooms are clean, they have been renovated - new plumbing, floor, walls are freshly painted. The bed linen is new, the dishes are good. Hot water is constantly running. I rested for the first time 2 years ago, compared to that time everything has become much better, it is clear that investments are being made in the improvement of the building. In the photo, my room, when I lived, did not specifically clean anything for photographing, and the hostess said that this room was still without repair.

We became visitors to Antalya for 2 weeks and decided to stay at Duran apartments for this time
The hostess is Lyudmila, a very polite, friendly woman! A shuttle service from the airport to the apartment was offered. Lyudmila met us on arrival at the apartment, took us to the room, showed us everything and told us.
The room itself is very cozy, with air conditioning, a private bathroom and a toilet in it. Everything is convenient . The kitchen was slightly separated from the room with the bed and thus delimited the sleeping area from the kitchen.
We cooked every day on a gas stove, everything is convenient! What about the accessories:hand soap and dish detergent were already in the room. We bought some accessories, such as sponges and rags. All the cutlery, plates, saucepan and frying pan - everything was there.
We thank the hosts for such a wonderful apartment! We will be happy to return and stay with you.

We rested for 18 days. The first time. I will immediately agree with all the positive reviews about this hotel. That's the way it is! There are only positive impressions from the stay. They began immediately upon arrival in the country. Our plane arrived at the wrong terminal where it was supposed to be met (the hotel provides a transfer at any time, round trip, we had $25 each) Having no connection, we went at night and got lost, the driver found us on the road (our joy cannot be conveyed!) Well done! I brought it, settled it, and gave it drinking water. Lyudmila is always in touch. They gave me a SIM card for rent. It is very convenient in the city. Routes, stops, transport schedules, etc., in short, all the benefits of civilization are in your pocket. If you are not going to watch movies (there is a normal Wi-Fi in the room for this, then 2-3 GB is enough "for the eyes"! We took a 9 GB package, 6 GB left. Everything in the room is clean and comfortable, simple. No insects! No flies, no mosquitoes, no ants! No one is here! Small kitchen, gas, dishes. Conditioner. A flow-through boiler. The light is paid separately. We got to increase electric power (10 liras/Kw) Take this into account when planning expenses. The sea is nearby 4-5 min. Shops are also 5-7 minutes away. To the nearest shopping center, 10 minutes to the bus stop and 10-12 minutes drive. Another 10-12 minutes and you're at another shopping center, even more :)) You can drive around the whole city by public transport. Buy an Antalya card (there are special terminals) . If you are not alone, it is more profitable for everyone to buy (savings on transfers 7.5 liras / travel by any type of transport 20 liras). Bazaars in different parts on different days, you can find out on the Internet or from Lyudmila, if a transport goes there from the hotel, Lyudmila will be warned (free of charge). But you can also do it yourself, only it's hot. You can take an iron, a beach umbrella. You can buy water directly at the hotel, so as not to carry it yourself. They change $ normally. We left at night, and the eviction was at 11, but Lyudmila went to a meeting and extended the whole day for us for free! Russia has problems with payments abroad. Here Lyudmila also went to meet us, for a small prepayment in rubles, booked us a room (when paying for the room on the spot, she returned it, and she reminded us that we forgot :)) If you are not spoiled, then feel free to come and relax here! There is a connection via Whatsapp (Lyudmila has a Russian number).

We took the economy option, but at the same time there is everything for a comfortable stay, including a bathroom, a mini kitchen and air conditioning. We recently returned from Antalya, where we stayed at this wonderful apartment hotel. Our stay was incredible thanks to the good service. The transfer was ordered from the owners of the apartment, which is very convenient. Upon arrival, we were placed in a double room, not 5 * of course, but the room was spacious, cozy and, most importantly, clean, fresh towels and linen. We appreciated the availability of a kitchen area, which allowed us to prepare breakfasts and light dinners in our convenient territory.
One of the main advantages of this hotel was its location. We enjoyed a wonderful view of the sea from the shared terrace, and the beach was just a short walk away. There were also shops, cafes and restaurants, and a market nearby, which made our stay even more comfortable. You can also change the currency if necessary and buy a Turkish SIM card
. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay in Duran Apart. Thanks to the comfortable conditions and convenient location, we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely return here again.

Duran Apart is a wonderful place for travelers planning their holidays and not seeking 5* hotels. The hostess Lyudmila is a wonderful and responsible person, all problems, questions, requests are solved with lightning speed. Booking through Booking, due to understandable circumstances, turned out to be unavailable, but the hostess replied on WhatsApp, explained everything, and booked a room. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that Duran has 2 buildings - the main one is marked on the map, where the owners themselves live, plus, from the bottom left, as I understand it, several rooms of the hostel type. A little to the right along 518 street is 2, a more substantial building. There are many rooms for vacationers with a variety of requests - from single/double standard to larger rooms with terraces and balconies. The rooms have everything you need for living: beds, a kitchen for cooking, air conditioning, wi-fi, a bathroom, a table and chairs, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, the ability to dry things outside the window or on the balcony. The electricity meter reading is removed upon arrival, and electricity is paid separately upon departure. With careful attitude to the consumption of electricity in the room, the cost is quite adequate. It is very important to note that the room has been cleaned, the dishes (not much, but enough for cooking) and the tiles are clean. Important - you need a lighter to use a gas stove! There was dishwashing detergent. The location of the apartments is extremely advantageous - to the stops of 2 buses (run according to the schedule on Google maps) - 1 minute on foot, to the stop on Ataturk Boulevard - 8-9 minutes. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. Konyaalti beach is large and beautiful, the sea is clean, despite the flowing river. Only locals come to the beach from the apartments, which is very convenient - the beach is always free. There are sun beds further away, near restaurants and cafes. The beach line is being cleaned, there are changing cabins and showers everywhere, lifeguard towers, green grass, jogging and bike paths. The place is wonderful. Shops are within walking distance. The owners also helped with drinking water - they brought us a 19-liter cylinder and gave us a pump, it was enough for the whole vacation. I recommend it!

I want to thank the hospitable hosts Lyudmila and Ali for their invaluable help! It so happened that my friends and I found ourselves homeless late at night. We don't know the language, and neither does the city. The money is only on the card, which is useless in Antalya. We decided to spend the night on the beach. Russian Russian was heard passing by the hotel, they turned to the tourists, they said that the owners speak Russian. We decided to ask for help. And oh, a miracle !!! Lyudmila went to meet us, accepted accommodation for one night by transfer to the card. The next day, she helped us to cash out the money and we stayed safely in this beautiful hotel for a few more days. We were placed in the main building, on the 3rd floor, a suite, the four of us easily accommodated. There is a washing machine, its own kitchen, refrigerator. Awesome balcony with a gorgeous view of the sea. The sea is through the parking lot and the embankment (2 minutes walk). In general, we were pleasantly surprised, so to speak, by the stuffing of this apartment hotel. On the surface, the building does not make a stunning impression, but the rooms are just amazing! everything is provided for a comfortable stay. And of course, the most important thing is the atmosphere in the hotel! guests gather in the attic in the evenings, you can meet different people, talk and laugh. What place brought me to this dwelling, I do not know! I'm usually very attentive and meticulously study reviews and photos, but this time in a hurry, I just trusted the Internet. There were great reviews and photos of this place everywhere. To say that I was terrified is to say nothing. You want to get into the shack, wellcome! No proximity to the sea justifies this nightmare! Of the 9 hours I spent there, I spent 4 searching for a more decent place, no longer hoping for anything. And for the same ridiculous money, I found a decent hotel with breakfast, normal air conditioning, bathroom, cleanliness, cleaning, swimming pool and exactly the same proximity to the sea, infrastructure.
People! how can you dislike yourself so much that, in order to save money, you can spend a precious vacation on this???
Dirt, mustiness, squalor, a highway next to the eternal noise, a dead screaming refrigerator, a tile with 1 burner, dirty dishes and everything in the kitchen, 5 squares of space for everything: shower, toilet, table, bed... Dogs and roosters who are always howling in the neighborhood, smoking under the windows of the company, windows that don't close, all in some cables, extension cords, an autobahn under the windows. It was scary to touch anything, it would either fall apart, or in an age-old coating of dust, grease, dirt. In general, there are no words to describe this dwelling. If you want extreme, some special atmosphere of a wild holiday-to live in a shack a la Kepez, then you are here. And keep in mind that it is not at all cheaper than an ordinary city hotel, plus you will also pay for electricity. Perhaps there is some kind of family warmth here, perhaps in another room, I don't know, in another building (there are 2 of them). But I didn't want to look for her, closing my eyes to all the squalor. I escaped from this place on foot with a suitcase, because no taxi came here. I know Antalya well, since 2018 I have been constantly vacationing in apartments and hotels, but this is just the end of the world! Any Atalla, Isinda, SantaMarina and others like them will be 100 times better!

I do not know how you can even live there for 10 days, as people write, poor people, we could not spend one night, it's hell !!!! The stench is terrible, from everything, from the walls, linen, toilet, and the sewer stinks (there is no other way to write). The toilet is generally from the world of fiction 😅 You can take a shower right on the toilet, the bathroom area is 1 m2, the door generally closes with difficulty, but I couldn't close it myself, only my husband and then with great effort 🤣 the front door is all in the cracks, you can safely peek, it didn't work to close at night, only a high chair Bed linen is completely lame, just clean (not a fact) The air conditioner blows directly on the bed, it is not adjustable!!!!! Not a single closet, no shelves, no place to put things!!!!! A comfortable large bed in a double room, you can cook, your own dishes, everything is in working condition, and most importantly, a couple of minutes walk to the sailor!
Local shops with regular prices are 15 minutes away on foot, the place is quite suitable for a long stay.

This is the third time we will be vacationing in Durand Apartment. We are looking forward to relaxing in this cozy and wonderful place, which is located two minutes walk from the sea.There are also many cafes, restaurants, and shops around.The transfer is at a height.Ali and Lyudmila are very friendly and friendly hosts.The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay.We rested in hotels and luxury apartments with a swimming pool, but Durant apart is sincere and at home.I recommend it for everything 💯
