My daughter was scared of him when he started showing her the forceps for tooth extraction. Why would a child see this? Accordingly, the daughter did not open her mouth. There were screams and tears. The doctor started yelling that we needed it, not him. Calm the child down! And how to calm down if you're scared. Somehow, through my persuasion, she calmed down in the hallway, then her daughter opened her mouth and the tooth was removed. But after that, she is now afraid of all dentists.

They won't have time to receive everyone who came earlier! It feels like you have to stand at the door of the clinic with a small child from 6 a.m. to donate blood
To the therapists, too, the queue is "to shoot yourself." It can be so stuffy that even I, an adult, suffocate in this queue, my cheeks turn red. And at least 2 hours to sit, it's good if not 4 hours.

The clinic is good. The doctors are well equipped.
The guy from the treatment room is generally a favorite of the local kids. The therapist from room 17 is wonderful.
But at the reception desk, a woman with a hydroperite nest on her head spoils the whole picture. She has such a hobby: she constantly arranges quests for patients. Then we look for the card all over the clinic, and after an hour of futile searches we find it at the reception. Then we call a doctor at home only after a tearful story that because of people like us, all doctors will soon quit (temperature 38, severe cough, age 3 years and torrential rain is not a reason to stay at home).
In short, if you get past the registry, everything will go like clockwork!

Petrovskaya said to be treated the same way (with zelenka). "It will be worse- contact us," with these words and giving the child a small piece of paper (I attach a photo), she let him go home.
