I want to share my experience of visiting the children's clinic where my child is being treated. Overall, the impressions were positive, and I hope that my review will help other parents.
The first thing worth noting is the atmosphere in the clinic.
The doctors at the clinic make a normal impression.
As for the queues, I admit that at first I was a little wary. But, fortunately, they are organized relatively normally in our clinic.
Cleanliness and order in the premises also deserve special mention. The offices are always clean and tidy.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service at the children's clinic. Of course, not without minor flaws, but in general, all services work smoothly and professionally.

A new children's clinic. All doctors are missing. But in general, we needed a pediatrician for now, so we are satisfied with everything. Convenient parking places for strollers. There is a parking lot in front of the clinic, although it is small and can sometimes be occupied
It's well-built. There are quite a lot of different procedures that are quite calmly prescribed.
One disadvantage is that there are not enough staff, but this is the case everywhere.
Verdict: excellent, I recommend it
A good clinic, everything looks very nice externally and internally, the repair is cool, there are no questions about it. There is even a cafe on the ground floor, which is quite good, because children need to be comforted with something after seeing a doctor. I won't even talk about doctors, it's everywhere and there are queues everywhere, but everything suits me personally, if you really want to, then you can get to everyone.
An excellent new clinic, the only thing is that one star has been removed, but there are no narrow specialists, ENT!!! This is very frustrating, because the children are sick and you need to go to the third hospital for examination, where there are always huge queues.

Good repair , attentive head, but unfortunately that's all, the nurse from the 16th precinct of the Batyuta is always rude, she came to a newborn child during covid without a mask, refused a request to put on shoe covers that she was given.She started yelling in the corridor because she had to stand for 2 minutes until they came down and opened the door. The registry office does not know where to send when the pediatrician from our site goes on sick leave.The rehabilitologist in room 403 is rude, calls, says to come for one time, upon arrival says that she recorded for a completely different time.
A beautiful modern building was built. What's the point? There are no doctors, the queues are huge. The management has not solved this problem in any way for two years now. I have no complaints about the doctors I managed to meet. They're doing everything they can.

There is a shortage of specialist doctors, there was no optometrist before. Now there is no laura. Only in the direction of the district police officer they give a ticket to another clinic. Not very convenient.
For several years we didn't have a precinct officer at all, we were on duty (but it was still on Frolikov). And now we have just a wonderful doctor, Olga Gennadievna Korolenya. Good health to her and all the best.
A good clinic, especially when you live nearby. In recent years, we have not observed any disadvantages, a good team, clean, cozy. Everything is very good.
The clinic is new, but for some reason the electronic queue at the reception does not work.
It is very difficult to make an appointment with narrow specialists. A staircase with a passage through the floor and heavy doors is not very convenient.
One of the two elevators is almost always out of order.

A new clinic. It's very warm in it! It's stuffy in summer. Queues- as luck would have it , there is no LAURA!!! There seems to be a salt room, but who knows? There is a cafe designed for children's wishes, sweets, desserts, there are kind of sandwiches. You can have a snack. There is a pharmacy. The parking lot is small, but a little further to the part of the Ministry of Emergency Situations there is a larger parking lot. Does not block the passage of cars of the Ministry of Emergency Situations!!!
After the renovation, there is an excellent polyclinic. Of course, there are gaps, but just like everywhere else. And so , compared to what it was , it's great
The clinic is new, but the problems are old. Despite the installed terminal for the electronic queue, it never works. If you go up the stairs, then you need to make a transition along the floor on the second floor, the stairs are unsafe during evacuation, and in general, if you go down or up because there is a very small and narrow platform and if someone opens the door going out onto the stairs, then the passage is blocked for you. It is very difficult to open the doors to the hall and stairs. Well, it's probably not worth writing about problems with staff, doctors, as everywhere else : there is not enough critically
I put one star less only because of the absence of an ENT doctor (for quite a long time). All those specialists we contacted are all excellent specialists and very polite. Pediatrician Korolenya Olga Gennadievna deserves the highest rating as a specialist! ❤

Pediatricians are not bad, the head is attentive. A huge disadvantage is the absence of an ENT doctor. Coupons are issued to another clinic with a date in a few weeks ..... The history of the orthopedist is the same. We had to visit an orthopedist at 6 months, and there have been no coupons for 9 months......
The new polyclinic was built on the site of the old one, which had high ceilings, steep stairs and no elevator. Small children had to be carried in their arms with stops. It was hard. Now there are two elevators in the building, bright corridors, clean toilets. It has become much more comfortable and better.
Polyclinic , but everything is the same as before ! It is not possible to call a doctor for a child, you do not call, or they raise and throw off, one option is to call the head physician or the chief physician and the issue is immediately resolved, coupons in 2-3 days! And they talk about some kind of free medicine for children!!! Where should I complain ? Everyone's got each other's backs!!

The clinic was pleasantly surprised. Warm, clean, courteous and helpful staff, a pharmacy right there, convenient Parking. We are also very happy with our district pediatrician.
A terrible clinic, they got to the doctor's appointment on Saturday two hours later, they didn't take tolon to the reception, they say they have the weekend!!!!
And what to say? An ordinary polyclinic. There is a bus stop nearby. Only the queues are huge!!!! They constantly lose their card!!! And so everything is like everywhere, free medicine, no one really wants to find out anything)))
Of course, not everyone works well and understands that this is a children's clinic. However, there are many good doctors. The building is beautiful, clean, pleasant to enter. I would like better parking for cars.

The place is just terrible, to get to the doctor is a whole quest. Today, sitting in the hallway, I noticed one person at a doctor's appointment for exactly 32 + minutes, horror. From 9 a.m. to 11:21 a.m. I came in, and there were only 3 people in front of me....
Then I found out that I had to treat my teeth by the end of the year. Rush

The clinic is sensible. The ascent of the only staircase with the need to enter the second floor is especially cool. The same cannot be said about all doctors. You'll be lucky here
A new, spacious polyclinic. Only the window to the wardrobe is too high: clothes need to be served high (it's a pity for the penstoner grandmother, who raises her hands so high with someone else's clothes back and forth all day long).
A good clinic. Excellent doctors. The girls from the registry and help desk will always answer all questions and help (this also applies to dentistry). Personally, I have never had any questions about this institution and its staff, so only positive impressions.
