We did not issue free taxes on the vacuum cleaner and styler. We bought before closing, the sellers ran away before us. There were no problems with all other products purchased in other stores with tax free. And the price turned out to be more expensive than in Russia.

18.08.22 I saw on the website that if you order a styler, then on 20.08.22 you can get the goods. I arrived at the store, the seller said that this was a mistake and the goods would be only 21, after 5 minutes he said that if you make a delivery, they will most likely be delivered the next day. I agreed (offered to pay for the styler immediately) the seller said upon receipt of the goods. I warned him that the payment was by card, to which he said that a courier with a cash register. The next morning they wrote to the post office that the courier would arrive and that I would prepare cash! 19.08.22 the website displayed that the styler is in stock. I came to the store again, the seller said that there was no product, it would arrive only tomorrow, I said about the order, they told me that the styler at Delivery could not help with this. Styler will be tomorrow, we will call you at 8 am as soon as the car arrives. 08/20/22 the call was not received, after lunch I arrived at the store, the administrator talked to me, who said that there was no product, it would be tomorrow, I told about the order and the absence of the device from the courier, to which I was told that this could not have happened! They offered to go to Abu Dhabi for a styler on their own!!! After 20 minutes of conversation, they said that a courier could bring them to the hotel and he would definitely be with a cash register! I agreed, they made an order, they helped me arrange a free taxi, as I was leaving in the evening, I just left the store, the courier called me and said that he would come and I needed to prepare cash since he did not have a cash register!!!!! It's a wasted time!!!! By the way, I came across this model in Duty Free and bought it there with pleasure!
