I went online to see how the camera works... and it doesn't work.. since April.... black screen, there is also a black screen in the archive. I called, they said they would come to see what happened. A week later, she called again, asked when it would be fixed?? Call me in a week... And what am I paying money for? There is no service, the camera does not work at my entrance (and I don't need cameras at other people's entrances, as it were)....
They called again, said the specialist was leaving. Interestingly, there was a specialist, but there was a web on the camera and no one even touched it..
As a result, a month later, the camera was repaired and access was restored.
The cooperation of our entrance with this "organization" began several years ago. Almost at the eleventh hour of the evening, young people began to walk around the apartments and introduce themselves to the management organization. There was no clear response to my request to clarify what kind of organization this is (we do not have the concept of a "management organization" in the legislation at all). After the third visit, when I heard the ultimatum "Open the door!", I dialed 102. The visits stopped. Later I found out that the "management organization" is just a video camera installation company.
About once a year after that, young people came to the entrance again, but they behaved with restraint and left after the first refusal.
But today, at seven o'clock in the evening, a certain young man walked through the apartments again, who, like many, only clarified (under a signature and indicating his full name) that the noise would not interfere, but did not clearly answer my question whether I would pay something. The answer was: "Not at first" - "And then?" - and then silence. I still did not understand the purpose of his visit. On weekdays, repairs can be carried out by law without asking the tenants, but at a certain time. And here, for some reason, I need to sign on some crumpled piece of paper, where I could only make out the words "maintenance" and "consent to verification of personal data."
It was unpleasant to communicate with him, the tenant's refusal to sign was unknown, which the person considers "disrespectful". When I asked how respectful it was to start cooperation with deception (to come in the dark and introduce yourself as some kind of management organization), there were insults and indignation.
I was not too lazy to find out who is visiting our house for the first time. I will keep the situation under control, and if "only 4 rubles are included in my salary, even pensioners pay, it needs to be done!", I go to the RCC, cancel the contract concluded without my participation, and write a claim demanding the refund of the amount withheld.
It's just a pure water divorce. The cameras have been out of service for about a month. I called the operator and they said they would fix everything. It's been a month now, and the servers are still not responding, but it's "not their fault," as they say. But the payment is stable for the use, which in fact does not exist.
And one more big THING - read the contract carefully when signing it. If you want to terminate the contract for FREE, you have to wait a year from the moment of signing, otherwise you pay a certain basic amount specified in the contract (about which no one says a word at the conclusion of the contract).
We signed a contract, explained everything in an accessible way, the cost is inexpensive and the service almost immediately justified itself. When leaving for the country, they forgot an instrument on the bench, almost new. When we returned, of course, there was nothing. Well, the cameras found the misappropriator of property (criminal liability if anyone does not know). I definitely recommend the company!
They don't do maintenance from the word at all. Constant problems that take weeks to fix. There is no access to the system for several months a year, but money is taken from residents regularly and stably! Nowadays it is more profitable to install your own cameras than to pay for installation and then every month for maintenance, which is not there!
Incorrectly provide information (the employee does not clearly respond, apparently so that it would be hard to hear on the record and nothing could be proved), does not talk about all the conditions + psychologically hurries. According to which article does not the owner have the right to sign the contract?
The consultant also informs incorrectly, and does not answer questions clearly. She asked several times if there was a camera in the parking lot on the back of the house, to which an indistinct answer was received "yes", only once on the third added that records could be requested from other houses if necessary. Attention here - today our house was specially bypassed, the camera hanging on the arch is good if it covers at least a third of the parking lot + the camera on the next house (one entrance) will not capture another part of the parking lot, and there are no cameras on the house across the street at all.
Now the question is - why the deception? So that you can then get a fine from the customer for terminating the contract? But what about the performance of services on your part?
The cameras in the house on Azgura Street 1B were installed more than 2 years ago and only now the moment has come when we would like to see the archive from the cameras. Since at the beginning of February, we were hit by a car and left. We started contacting the company, it turns out that for technical reasons we cannot view the archive online either, but we were assured that everything will be fixed soon and you will be able to watch everything. A specialist in Viber writes that there is no archive for that period, since those problems and cameras are not being written, and that tomorrow (28.02) they will fix it, also contacting another specialist by phone, they assure me that the cameras were fixed yesterday (26.02), but the application does not work and view the cameras We can't. Based on everything, the cameras have not been working for more than a month for sure, but have they been working at all all this time? And who will be responsible for everything? I do not advise you to contact this company, DECEPTION is everywhere!!!

They conclude a contract not quite honestly. After a while, you realize that the speech of a specialist is thought out from beginning to end. At first they say that you sign a consent to carry out noisy work and you will not pay for the work, while pointing to the clause of the contract.
Then, after carefully reading the contract, you realize that you have agreed to maintenance. It says here you signed what you will do. But in October, a new amount of 18 rubles is put up, it turns out that under the contract they have the opportunity to carry out more modernization of cameras. That's all right. You come to terminate the contract - and the termination of the contract with a fine !
Another unpleasant moment is that it turns out that their specialist comes to you with a dictaphone. They keep all the records. The recordings of the specialist's voice are very hard to hear because of the noise and crackling, and your answers are clearly and clearly full name, address especially. It is clear that in court records obtained in a hidden way are not considered evidence. But you can see the calculation that there are not such huge sums to sue them.

I join the outraged reviews. Pensioners are verbally told some conditions, they sign, but in fact quite another. And additional amounts appeared after half a year for some kind of modernization, and it is impossible to terminate the contract before 12 months, and the subscription fee is higher than originally announced. It's a shame that my mother was deceived.

Детской площадки нет, только стоянка авто, у меня нет авто. За что я плачу каждый месяц 4.07руб. Полный обман.

And the cameras are terrible, I would have known what an image is, that even under the entrance you can't see the license plate of the car - I would never have signed the contract. Avoid it.
Никому не рекомендую эту организацию! Каждый месяц проблемы с видеокамерами на подъезде. Всегда отговорки находятся и абонентскую плату не снимают. В лифте не могут починить камеру после замены лифтов( уже 2 года). Дозвониться невозможно-слушаем автоответчик 5 мин.и сброс,на данный момент месяц камеры не работают.
Установили нам бесплатно новый домофон. Теперь есть камера на входе, можно открывать приложение и не доставать ключи открывать дверь.
Бесплатный ключ дали, но он и не нужен с приложением абсолютно ))

Ответственно подходят к своей работе. Обращались по поводу установки системы видеонаблюдения на дворовой территории нашего ЖК. С работой справились хорошо. На обслуживание также с ними договор заключили.
Я вообще не понимаю, как без помощи камер можно было бы найти преступника, который украл у нас часть мебелти пока мы разгружали авто.
Спасибо вашим ребятам, которые быстро выгрузили нам видеоархив и по горячим, так сказать, следам мы быстро его нашли!

Изначально не хотел и не видел смысла в камере. Но после установки, копченые синигалы (которые постоянно тусовались с пятницы на воскресенье на подъезде, мат перемат и обоссаные кусты,) исчезли.
На любые замечания соседей не реагировали, когда им указали на камеру- все решилось.
Если сделаете онлайн просмотр- добавлю звезду. Хочнтся за ребенком наблюдать на площадке.
