The hall is gray and uninteresting - it resembles a country club (((. In the hall itself, there is dampness and the smell of mold (((. A disgusting sound that just hits the brain(((. When will the new Philharmonic hall be built, in which both the artists and the audience will be comfortable and in which there will be a festive atmosphere????

The old Soviet period palace. But with new repairs and new equipment. There are different clubs for children. Swimming pool. Sports hall.
