I visited this recreation center for the first time. Cozy, large wardrobe, mirrors, attentive and courteous staff. There was not enough air conditioning, watching a calm or musical concert, comfortable, but laughing vigorously at a stand-up, it was too hot. The sound is good. The main disadvantage is the chairs, the seat is tilted to the floor, it is not comfortable to sit. Parking near the recreation center is small, fortunately if you drive further you can park.

The floor in the hall in front of the stage is beaten, you can also touch up. They can't put paper in the toilet at paid concerts. The wardrobe works 50-50. Someone works, somewhere in general how they sleep.
