I was 20 years apart, a lot has changed in the hall. Now there are comfortable seats here, even for my height (192 cm), although it is usually always a pain for me, but here I did not have to think about it, but I could just enjoy the concert. The sound, by the way, is quite on the level, I met even worse acoustics in the halls. We had a very pleasant time, the 2-hour concert flew by without even noticing.

A very small hall, with a tiny stage, which is not able to accommodate even an average team. The speakers are only at the stage, and not evenly distributed throughout the hall, which would improve the perception of the concert.

Certainly one of the best (if not the best) halls in the city! Frequent events: concerts, exhibitions, contests... There are many different clubs at the Recreation center where children can study. There are many professional teams. There is always something to surprise the guests and residents of the city. There is a fountain nearby and there is a place for walking. Not so far away there is a park and access to the city embankment.
The only negative, in my opinion, is the restrooms! Although this is a minus not only for the management of the recreation center, but also for its visitors. You can always be more careful and thrifty.
