A beautiful palace of culture. In it, I recently attended a concert in connection with the end of the school year for children with musical abilities.
I liked it very much, the atmosphere in the hall was very positive, the mood was good.
The hall is huge, the seats are comfortable, everything is fine
The palace is beautiful, but the worker on the watch is rude, they came to the fair that took place on the square with the children, the children wanted to go to the toilet, and of course we ran to the huge building of the Palace of Culture, immediately the same woman attacked us from the threshold, saying it was impossible to go to the toilet until we reached the director, she did not I let him go to the toilet, although the law says that I should let him in, in general, a bad sediment remained about the palace
The former House of Officers. After the transition to the municipal services of the city, it acquired a kind of gloss. The hall is small, there is no balcony or gallery. The seats are soft, the hall is cozy, mirrored, but the low ceiling is oppressive. Soviet parquet has been preserved on the floor. The toilet is clean. I'm shooting a star for a small capacity. It cannot be compared with the DC refinery.
