It's a great place, I go there 2 times a week to dance. A lot of children and young people go to the clubs . Table tennis is played on the ground floor (mostly men +30). And there are also discos that used to be (40+ content). I removed one star only for the toilet, it urgently needs repair.

I visited the House of Culture, but it was a long time ago. It is always clean next to it, everything is comfortable for recreation, both for young mothers with children and for elderly people. Thank you.

A good palace, convenient location, but in need of repair, the hall and part of the building, from the end are very old, I wish they would repair it, then for 5!
