The palace is in terrible condition, actually. It is not cleaned properly, the poms are washed terribly, the technicians just wash a rag in a bucket and stupidly deliver it on the parquet once, they do not even wipe it dry, from this the parquet is all swollen, all the planks fall off, it is not possible to dance simply, once one girl danced in shoes, during the dance she held a sock on on the parquet floor, she got caught with her fingernail and tore off the floor of the nail until it bled. Now my daughter is studying in the lobby, they rehearse dancing almost every day. And all this is on a dirty floor that is washed once a week, there is a layer of dust and dirt as thick as a finger, people drag everything on street shoes, all kinds of germs and our children are then forced to lie down on the floor on this one during rehearsal.There is no soap, paper towels or dryer in the toilets. It's just disgusting. Previously, a long time ago there was an excellent woman administrator, everything worked like a clock for her, and then when the Kazakhs came to power, they ruined everything, like hoochers dragging everything from the palace, but they didn't really invest anything in it! A large, old , but sturdy building. It needs repair. The only place where you can still hold concerts. I would really like the city authorities to make repairs in the building of some studios in winter it is very cold. The heating system is bad. The toilets are also asking for repairs. The face of the city and the state is deplorable
