Now my daughter is studying in the lobby, they rehearse dancing almost every day. And all this is on a dirty floor that is washed once a week, there is a layer of dust and dirt as thick as a finger, people drag everything on street shoes, all kinds of germs and our children are then forced to lie down on the floor on this one during rehearsal.There is no soap, paper towels or dryer in the toilets. It's just disgusting. A large, old , but sturdy building. It needs repair. The only place where you can still hold concerts. I would really like the city authorities to make repairs in the building of some studios in winter it is very cold. The heating system is bad. The toilets are also asking for repairs. The face of the city and the state is deplorable
