The building is nothing. But what is it for???? What functionality does it have for people and for the city????? I wanted to enroll in languages myself and my son, and the lessons are only for employees of the organization!!! And apparently, there are a lot of such employees, since a separate building had to be built!!!! Open free Kazakh language courses already!!!!
