The palace is a cultural and exhibition center with a 135-seat library, an exhibition hall, a restaurant, multifunctional event areas and an observation terrace with a unique view of the city.
Opening hours: admission is free, the mansion is open from 10:00 to 19:00 every day except Monday. The library is open until 22:00.
The views are beautiful, but you shouldn't go here on purpose - the area is not touristy, there's not much to see.
It's an amazing place. We walked many kilometers from the old town, but we didn't regret a bit. An ideal place for privacy and an observation deck.
The only thing is, be sure to have a bank card with you. They don't accept cash there.
If I could have had a cup of coffee there, then the feeling of staying would have been even cooler. A must-visit.
A great place away from the tourist routes. Admission is free. There is a library on the lower floors, and a very interesting photo exhibition on the upper floors. The panorama of the city opens from the top floor. The building itself is warm, which was very helpful because the weather was bad outside.
The Bulgur Palace is a cultural space. Admission is free. There is a library, an exhibition of photographs, and most importantly, an outdoor circular viewing platform. The terrace offers a magnificent view of Istanbul. The palace itself is located in a beautiful old building
Recently renovated building. Inside there are libraries with free access, a space for communication. The circular observation deck on the upper tier of the tower is perhaps the best available. Admission is free for tourists. Free coffee was announced, but there was none during my visit.
It is located in the historical center of Istanbul. The palace has a courtyard with a cafe. There's delicious coffee and delicious pastries. Inside there is a library, an art gallery of modern art.
I was at the palace. The palace has a walking area and a pleasant view of the city. The city has made a library in the palace for the public, as I understand it. The city takes care of the palace, everything is neat and clean.
A beautiful and original building, decidedly given over to public space. Downstairs there is a library with students reading books, above there are several floors of free exhibition space (I watched a photo exhibition there), under the roof there is a circular observation deck with a view of Istanbul. MOM's vibes are present.
It's a very atmospheric place. Beautiful panorama of historic Istanbul. Quiet, sparsely populated.
If you have free time, then visit this place carefully, you will not regret it...
Thanks for being free. Admission is free in September 2024.
If he's like that now, then go.
Of course, the way to it is uphill, but when it gets there it will be very beautiful. Employees will meet you at the entrance, they don't need anything))
There are many rooms with exhibitions on various subjects, a library, and if you climb even higher, you will get to the observation deck with a 360 view.
View of the city, the sea, the ships. Wonderful.
The history of the historical building and the process of opening it to the public are grateful, I congratulate those who have contributed, and I wish that similar studies will be carried out not only in the IMM, but in every institution of the state. The building is very beautiful in terms of architecture, the view is separately beautiful, the strait is under our feet, and it is a special pleasure to watch this view from the viewing balcony on the top floor. it has an exhibition area, a library, a children's workshop, a coffee drinking area and every corner has been prepared with very good thought. Apart from this, the book sales center in the courtyard, beltur, large and free parking and a children's playground have added great advantages. The two shortcomings are the heating problem of the section on the lowest floor and the fact that the elevator is not active. I recommend visiting.
It's a great place! A beautiful building, beautiful views, few tourists, and most importantly, so far it's all free!!! The friendly staff is ready to help so that visitors can enjoy the views. I will be happy to come back again!!!
It is a beautiful and not at all popular place among tourists. It is located far from the main routes, so it is ignored.
Free observation deck, excellent views of the Marmara Sea and the city!
The castle with a great view of Istanbul inside has a wonderful opening day from photographers and a library, as well as an excellent bakery very close by
Renovated building. Very pretty (a striking example of early 20th century architecture). There is a public library inside. Exhibitions are held. There's an observation room upstairs. Everything is free. There is a toilet.
It's a great free place, with a great viewing platform.

A completely non-touristic place that is definitely worth a visit. After all, an incredible view of Istanbul opens from the observation deck. And the entrance is completely free.
You can usually find the books you are looking for in a nice library. On the top floor you are observing Istanbul 360° with a panoramic view, there are permanent exhibitions in the historical building again and there is also a cafe outside
The difficulty I had was that the elevator was not working. I have been following the events since the first day they were opened, I share them with my friends. They also express their admiration. Thank you to everyone who contributed.
Only one of the beautiful projects that IMM Miras has done is in a place where you need to go and see the library and exhibition area, you can take a drink from the cafe section and enjoy the garden and the beautiful view.
The terrace is enough, it's a complete Cihannuma. The problem is that the cafeterias close early. It is better if the library is also open until 22:00 or 23:00, 21:00 is a little early.
