The palace is a cultural and exhibition center with a 135-seat library, an exhibition hall, a restaurant, multifunctional event areas and an observation terrace with a unique view of the city. Opening hours: admission is free, the mansion is open from 10:00 to 19:00 every day except Monday. The library is open until 22:00. The views are beautiful, but you shouldn't go here on purpose - the area is not touristy, there's not much to see.

It's an amazing place. We walked many kilometers from the old town, but we didn't regret a bit. An ideal place for privacy and an observation deck. The only thing is, be sure to have a bank card with you. They don't accept cash there. If I could have had a cup of coffee there, then the feeling of staying would have been even cooler. A must-visit.

A great place away from the tourist routes. Admission is free. There is a library on the lower floors, and a very interesting photo exhibition on the upper floors. The panorama of the city opens from the top floor. The building itself is warm, which was very helpful because the weather was bad outside.
